Not what we expected. Food is very plentiful, one dish is enough for two people. Limited menu. Prepared differently than expected but flavor was good. Will definitely be back.

I love Pietro's. My wife and I stop here regularly when heading to a Giants game in SF. The pizza is just incredible, perfectly cooked, nice thick crust. Bring a cooler cause you are going to have leftovers! Sometimes they have live music in the evenings on the weekends.

Food was great, huge portions. Prices were very reasonable. Facility was clean and comfortable. Shyanne B was our server and she did a great job, including helping us pack our leftovers for a long trip home. Will definitely visit again when in Vacaville.

This is a GO TO spot in our family. Pizza is to die for, ambience is great, and the staff are so friendly and amazing. 10/10 would recommend! Great family restaurant with absolutely delicious Italian food.

This was our first time eating inside the restaurant, usually pick up the to go order. Very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The server Yvana was excellent and very attentive. The atmosphere was bright and open and the food was delicious. We always order an extra dish to take home and this time we ordered Shrimp Scampi. Haven't tasted yet, but we've had it before so I know it's good. Plenty of parking.

So upset get a huge disappointment ordered my pizza online and specifically clicked the button that said light baked because Pietro has a habit of completely burning the crust to where it’s rockhard and black so I figured when I clicked that option they wouldn’t do this 30 minutes later I go to pick up my expensive pizza and I open it to see crust burnt and hard as a rock I tell the guy I ordered a light bake and he tells me well. We can make a new one, but it’ll take 25 minutes HORRIBLE so I have to wait another 30 mins to eat on a Friday You would get a zero rating if I could help it you burnt my pizza and it’s super expensive no refund no making me happy if you’re looking for unsatisfactory burnt pizza come here

Hmm Open table- we're calling :very loud, "energetic" now? Are we using our "gentle hands" and "listening ears" too? We had a larger party and were sat in the bar area. I said we had a reservation, but it wasn't busy, so I just got a nod and a smile when I said we had a reservation and was brought to the bar. Just the bar tender there and grouped together tables with too few cutlery sets for our party. It looked nice, but with the TVs going it was too loud. Four or five tables put together and I couldn't hear 2 people over, let alone across the table. Orders were taken, drinks and food served- everything was delicious. The servers were very nice. It was the little things that had the biggest impact though. The noise. Having to ask for additional silverware when it wasn't supplied before hand and forks were taken with plates and salad bowls. Salads were mixed up. Main plates came out for all of us except for 1 person. It took another 5-10 minutes for the pasta bolognese to come out. I imagine its a common dish there, so it's strange it took so long. I waited, we told the kids to eat, my dish was cold by the time hers came out, then hers was too hot for her to eat. Guess it was fresh? I gave 4 stars because the little things, though they make a big difference, are easy fixes. The servers were so nice, and the food and drinks were great. We took the leftovers home and actually ate them.
