Estimated 25-35min until delivery when I placed my order. 60min later, I called 3 times to try to check on it and the phone was never picked up. 10min later, 70min after order was placed, food was delivered. Crust and cheese looked burned. Will not order from them again.

Ordered two pizzas. One was overcooked and was tough like cardboard. Called the store and they promised to replace the pizza. Upon arrival I found they were replacing the wrong pizza. I was told it would take 25 minutes to prepare. I opted to wait in my car as the store was warm. They promised to call my cell when pizza was ready. After 50 minutes, I went back into the store as I received no call. Pizza was sitting in a warmer bag.

They cancelled my order(didn’t tell me) claiming they couldn’t call me, when I called them from that exact phone and they were sending texts to me. This place is awful and I will never be ordering from them again.

Just bought the Big dipper box and cheese stix. The pizza looks like little finger stix and the cheese bread was burnt. Most horrible thing ever. Will not eat at this Pizza Hut EVER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

This most recent order was not good. The wings turned out good but the pizza had something like a cheese string with ham one other toppings I didn’t order strung over it. The crust tasted like it was old and had been sitting out for a while. My sauce preference of extra sauce always gets ignored. This isn’t the first time either, another order a while back the wings were so destroyed that what we received was a pile of mush.

I've always been a fan of pizza hut. The new cheezit thing isn't very good in my opinion but if you really love cheeseits you might like it. It's just like mozzarella sticks with a hint of cheeseit.

The $5 medium pan pizza is not the same pan pizza that you know and love. It was pretty much a thin crust but still tasted great for the price. I would go again but maybe opt for a regular pan pizza than go for the deal.
