So Disappointing the order was so SIMPLE...never once had an issue with the Roseville location. 1st time using this location & this happens....ughhhh. AND The food was bland, no flavor! I guess this review will make more sense when yelp approves the pictures!

This isn't a Nissin Cup Instant Noodle. That processed stuff is going to eventually wear you down. The noodles got to be fresh, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thick and wavy noodles. It's chewy. Some other Ramen shops out there offer it without Gluten. I've had a lot of Ramen in my days. I can have Ramen twice a day, or twice a day and once the next day, three times in two days, but I can't have it three days in a row. Don't ask me why it got to be that way, it just is for somethings like this. I'm having the Vege Ramen. But I had Chicken, and Ajitsuke Tamago with it. I know some people out there really liked the Ajitsuke Tamago, even though they don't want to admit it sometimes. The broth was savorier than expected for being made out of vegetables. It's unbelievable that it was veggies. It was a tad spicy. I also never had Ramen with a Hawaiian Sun. Juice is healthier than soda sometimes, I guess.

Not bad ramen. Just $$$ in our opinion. $15 for one bowl. Spent $37 with tax. Before even buying drinks because he forgot to add those in. Small place. One bathroom. Didn't wait long for food though. Disappointed there was no beer or wine too.

I typically order take out from this place, and it is usually up to par. I typically do some add ons in my soup, and the past 3 times I have ordered, one or more of those have been left off. The add ons are an additional price, and since I am doing take out, I don't notice this until I open the food later, which comes as a disappointment. I enjoy eating here, ordering take out is usually smooth and easy, I just wish they would take more care and pay more attention to the add ons.

It was raining and I just got a haircut nearby. Ramen struck a cord with me when I stepped out of the nearby Sports Clips. Going in, I smelled the Ramen goodness. The place is a bit casual in it's setup. When ordering at the counter, the price is a little on the steep side for a bowl of soup in a casual atmosphere. Otherwise, the service was prompt and Ramen was very good in hitting the spot for something warm and wholesome on a rainy day. I ordered the seafood Ramen with extra bean sprouts. Flavor and texture were there on my expectations, but I think the extra bean sprouts cooled the broth and the soup to a more luke warm temperature. Whoops.

We've been coming here since it opened. It's cold and raining today, my hubby and I were craving for some hot ramen, so we decided to dine-in and ordered a tonkatsu ramen, however, broth was lukewarm. First time I complained about my order here. Told the staff about it but was told that they can't have my order back. I asked if they can just give me an extra hot broth. The staff continue to decline. I was told that they have to charge me for the extra broth. I was hoping that at least they will offer to replace it.Customer service is poor. So disappointed!

Absolutely love this place! It's super small and super cute. Haven't found a better tonkatsu yet, the flavor here is just immaculate. They are super quick and the people are always very kind.

The food is absolutely delicious! The only issue that I have consistently had with my take out orders is the forgetting of add-ons to their ramens. I have had multiple orders that are either missing the eggs or the garlic pieces or bamboo shoots etc. Again, delicious food, but I am constantly leery about my order's accuracy when ordering take out.

Came here on a rainy day and had ramen and deep fried oyster. The oyster was crunchy and perfect with the sauce. The staff weren't welcoming and felt awkward around them.
