Today, March 17, I went to pick up two pizzas and it seems that it is customary to deliver less products to customers who order their food through the application. The customer indicated that he was missing a salad. In addition, the man, who is older, makes racist and hateful gestures. He does that to me every time I go to pick up my order. It is the company policy to be racist. These people in Alamo
I made an online order, when I walked in the restaurant to pick up my two pizzas for $48 the old man with glasses said he would be right with me. This man did something important on the computer, went to help a man that went to the counter after me and gave him a to go box, then went to the back. Another employee was nice enough to give me my pizzas but the old man came back when he saw me turn to leave, he insisted I give him my name even though I had the right order. That’s the worst service.
They could vacuum more but other than that it was great
salad bar did not look well at all, bathroom stall door doesn't lock, all in all, won't be coming back to this one for awhile.

0 Star for Service. I have never seen a pizza place try so hard to turn away customers who want delivery.
- Online ordering system is TERRIBLE. Things are in places that don't make sense and it requires an email even if you don't sign up for their rewards. No tip calculator, and you enter the amount for tip like it's a note. Felt very insecure. Since it's not added to the total, I can only assume they have someone at the end of the night counting CC tips. For a modern redesign of their website, weirdly obtuse for NO REASON!
- They only offer Pepsi in 2 liters. This blew my mind, I tried to order a Holiday Bundle (Online Exclusive), and it only offered Pepsi. I thought it was some weird glitch on the website, so I called the store. Surprise, I get put through to a CALL CENTER, and I'm talking to a guy who says thank you every 20 seconds. I get to the store phone to directly ask them, and yeah... they don't have anything but Pepsi on 2 liter. Only other options are from the soda fountain, which is not part of the deal so it's not possible. What a weird arduous limitation for absolutely NOTHING.
- Apparently they aren't using in-house delivery people, cause I got a text from Doordash that my order is on the way, but I "APPARENTLY" didn't enter delivery information! I did, it wouldn't let me process the order without it. Guess I'm gonna spend some time directing someone how to deliver the pizza too! $6+ delivery fee! Who is the tip I added going to? None of this is conveyed!
- The pizza is still way overpriced for what you're getting. So all this hassle AND you feel like you got ripped off too!
It feels like this place is run by an alien who doesn't understand what makes pizza delivery convenient. AND they charge you too much for the pleasure!
If you're like me and just "wanted something other than Pizza Guys", don't bother. If you REEEAALLY want Round Table, just go sit down there. Don't get delivery. This sucked.
At least the pizza looks okay. The garlic twists look undercooked and doughy.

I walked in to get my pizza and witness a customer ask for the manager , when the manger came to the front the customer let him know that his phone line was off line and he could call in. The manager says, "Super rude, ya, what do you want me to do about it? It's not my problem. The guy said I'm not complaining.""" I figured you'd want to know, but you don't need to be rude to me. The kid was not much older than maybe 20 and a manger. He was rude rude. The pizza was good, tho. Usually, the pizza has bubbles, and the bread is burnt .

Seems like $30 small single topping pizza should be better... Costco far better value and 5x more.

They have a bunch of quarter machines, but won’t give out quarters. Also, about as rude as you can be.

I have such great memories of this place from many years ago: it's truly sad to see what has become of an iconic eating establishment. The interior is used and run down, not inviting at all. The menu prices are exorbitant: I paid $1.70 for 3 pieces of pepperoni ?. $32 for two 6" personal pizzas is CRAZY. The toppings are weighed like a miser doling out flecks of gold dust and the employees not only don't wear gloves while fixing the food, they don't even wash their hands! It was a total turn off watching my order be prepared. I honestly would have asked for a refund and walked out except my 84 year old mother had her heart set on reminiscing over a dinner we had 20+ years ago. Sadly, she was unhappy with the pizza I ordered for her, noting the scarcity of toppings. Also~ what's going on with that pre-made crust? Is that made with bioengineered ingredients? This was just an all around bad experience. Sometimes it really is better to quit while the memories are still good. Round Table is no longer something I can look back on with fondness.

The pizza is good, and had perfect cheese pulls, the seats are mostly dirty luckily we get to choose our seats, food comes out quick and hot
Kid-friendliness: The place is great for taking the family out especially birthdays since they have a area just for them, they use to have board games, wonder what happened to them?

Idk where to start. First off I was not made aware that the loyalty program was no longer used at this round table and when I was told by the worker it was done with attitude and a lot of rudeness.. I wish I would have walked out at that point and not got the pizza I order. As for the food. I asked for thick crust. Which I was told with sass by the person on the phone that they didn't have thick crust. Its was pan and original only. Then I asked for light sause on my large pan crust pepperoni pizza. After getting home and opening up the box we noticed that the pizza was not light sauce and there were little green bell peppers throughout the pizza and underneath the cheese when we went into it. In the end the pizza didn't taste right and wasn't what we ordered. This is the first time it has happed at thos round table either. Was very disappointed and upset we spent a lot of money to not eat the pizza.
