Idk where to start. First off I was not made aware that the loyalty program was no longer used at this round table and when I was told by the worker it was done with attitude and a lot of rudeness.. I wish I would have walked out at that point and not got the pizza I order.As for the food. I asked for thick crust. Which I was told with sass by the person on the phone that they didn't have thick crust. Its was pan and original only. Then I asked for light sause on my large pan crust pepperoni pizza. After getting home and opening up the box we noticed that the pizza was not light sauce and there were little green bell peppers throughout the pizza and underneath the cheese when we went into it. In the end the pizza didn't taste right and wasn't what we ordered. This is the first time it has happed at thos round table either. Was very disappointed and upset we spent a lot of money to not eat the pizza.

Watch out for the old "Bait and Switch" on this place. They send out a flyer saying that you can get a large pepperoni and bacon Italiano for $23.99. And on the picture in the ad they show the pizza completely covered in pepperoni.When you go to pick it up there is an extra $1.75 service fee and 1/3 or 1/4 the amount of pepperoni shown in the ad . What is the service fee for? Because they have to pay their employees more. Are you F'ing kidding me? Why not have a service fee for coming into their business, or for parking in their parking lot? What's next? I am not sure if this is the only Round Table restaurant that is doing this, or it is company wide. Seeing as corporate did not respond to my email and that Round Table is notoriously expensive, I tend to think that they are pulling this at every one of their restaurants. Have any other restaurants pulled the shenanigans with the service fee? I deliberately went in for pickup so I didn't have to pay all the delivery charges. Told it was a 20 minute wait for pick up. I arrived in 25 minutes and was told the pizza had not even been made yet. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Just tell the customer it will be a 45 min wait instead of waiting time. Not impressed John

I recently went to dinner there and I was shocked to see how dirty it was, trash everywhere, carpet needed vacuuming, salad bar needed to be wiped down, area around the soda fountain needed a good cleaning and tables needed a wipe down. I will not return to that location!
This place went down hill. Kinda ran down.No arcade games for the kids. That would be one of the reasons why you would have a birthday party for to kids. Only a big party room. Kinda sad.

i placed an order through the mobile app and prepaid. i came in 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and the guys start looking all embarrassed then they said they didn't see my order ticket come out and never made it. then wanted me to wait another 25 minutes. like even i saw the ticket they were talking about and there was barely anyone in the store like what are u guys doing w ur time cuz it's not making my dam pizza. update: (i wrote this while sitting in the parking lot waiting) just went in for my pizza 25 minutes later and it's another 10 minutes update pt 2: he gave me a free salad. i am no longer mad. they're hard workers.

Bad service. The lady that was helping us forgot to put our order in for a pizza and after about 20 minutes came out and told us that the pizza is cooking for us have a big bubble so she can make another
