Round table on Browns Valleyin Vacaville has the worst customer service . Today they had one person working the cash register, and two people making pizzas eventually the third person came in to make pizza. They ran out of numbers to give you for your table. They had empty cheese containers that needed to be filled. They ran out of glasses to serve beer. They even ran out of sausage for our pizza and when we went to order Bud Light a picture, they ran out of that and just refused to do any compensation whatsoever. And didn’t even take the time to apologize for all the crappy customer service… and I actually waited in line for at least a half hour to order a pizza and I watched the guys in front of me order pictures of beer and the guy behind the counter he stated he was the manager went to pour them their pictures of beer immediately ….?when it was my turn I’m a female , he waited to pour me my picture. He went back to the counter and took other people‘s orders….. someone actually needs to tell this manager of this location he himself needs to practice better customer service skills… I can’t express how disappointed I am knowing that roundtable is one of the most expensive pizzas in our area and not to mention that when they ran out of our beer that we ordered for $18 a picture that they couldn’t even compensate to Make That Right !!! Since they ran out of beer, and the picture wasn’t even filled…. Very, very disappointed I’m definitely getting their district manager’s number

I had the worst experience with this location. I recently went here with my grandson. We ordered two pizzas and the gentleman rung us up. After receiving one of the pizzas we waited for our second pizza for my grandson. After waiting almost a hour we had Olivia (manager ) tell us that we were never charged for our second one no receipt was given. When I asked to have the initial gentleman that took or order clarify things the manager was very rude and aggressive this frightened my grandson and he hasn’t had pizza since. I’m asking that the right actions be taken against Olivia .

Ask if all you can eat was availbel.and employee replied doesn't look like it. So we ordered mozzarella and wings. He forgot out order

round table on Brown valley parkway is totally the place to be when you want to get hot fresh out the oven Pizza that just right for the whole family to enjoy the service is pretty fast here and the manager kadin is awesome and doesn't mind assisting when needed to a party here also and it was the totally outrageous everything was A1 but at times you might catch the heavy hour but I don't milnd because I'll just have a drink at the bar and chill while i enjoy watching football on one. of 8 or more big screens tv's...

I am so frustrated I did not read the reviews before I went, I could have saved myself a wasted lunch. The lunch buffet is overpriced and, really, is not much of a buffet. Three pizzas, and no new pizzas the entire time we were there. Avoid. You have been warned.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. As soon as I walked in, I noticed at least nine dirty tables still covered with dishes and leftover food from previous customers. It immediately gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here, which is off-putting and honestly unacceptable.
The man working the front counter did not appear to have good hygiene — his fingers were greasy and visibly dirty as he handled the mouse, pen, and register. It was concerning to think he might be going back to prepare food without washing his hands.
Looking under the doors to the kitchen, I saw food scattered all over the floor. The entire establishment was just disgusting and felt completely unclean and poorly maintained.
I voiced my concerns to the employee at the register, pointing out how unkept the place looked and how the piles of dirty dishes would make customers view it as unsanitary. He was not apologetic at all — he simply said “ok” and went back to what he was doing. Another couple overheard the conversation and agreed with me, saying the place was unacceptable and good for me for speaking up.
While I was there, a family of four came in, looked around, and left — and honestly, I should’ve done the same. This experience left me feeling uneasy, and I won’t be coming back.
