round table on Brown valley parkway is totally the place to be when you want to get hot fresh out the oven Pizza that just right for the whole family to enjoy the service is pretty fast here and the manager kadin is awesome and doesn't mind assisting when needed to a party here also and it was the totally outrageous everything was A1 but at times you might catch the heavy hour but I don't milnd because I'll just have a drink at the bar and chill while i enjoy watching football on one. of 8 or more big screens tv's...

I am so frustrated I did not read the reviews before I went, I could have saved myself a wasted lunch. The lunch buffet is overpriced and, really, is not much of a buffet. Three pizzas, and no new pizzas the entire time we were there. Avoid. You have been warned.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. As soon as I walked in, I noticed at least nine dirty tables still covered with dishes and leftover food from previous customers. It immediately gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here, which is off-putting and honestly unacceptable.
The man working the front counter did not appear to have good hygiene — his fingers were greasy and visibly dirty as he handled the mouse, pen, and register. It was concerning to think he might be going back to prepare food without washing his hands.
Looking under the doors to the kitchen, I saw food scattered all over the floor. The entire establishment was just disgusting and felt completely unclean and poorly maintained.
I voiced my concerns to the employee at the register, pointing out how unkept the place looked and how the piles of dirty dishes would make customers view it as unsanitary. He was not apologetic at all — he simply said “ok” and went back to what he was doing. Another couple overheard the conversation and agreed with me, saying the place was unacceptable and good for me for speaking up.
While I was there, a family of four came in, looked around, and left — and honestly, I should’ve done the same. This experience left me feeling uneasy, and I won’t be coming back.

Kyllan is a very friendly, helpful, and competent employee. He was patient and professional with a group of 16+ and even checked in to see if anyone needed to go boxes, cheese, pepper, etc. Round Table could use a few more employees like Kyllan. Thank you for making our special event, well, “special!”

We couldn't order from our normal place so we tried here. We had a lot of different dietary needs (vegan + someone who doesn't eat pig) so we ordered two pizzas. The no cheese pizza we got was basically favored bread as shown in the pictures. It wasn't good and was a waste of money. The other pizza had pork on the whole thing when we asked for it on one side. Not planning on coming back here again.

I always receive exceptional customer service at the Browns Valley Round Table. Kyllan takes great care of his customers. I have a Round Table next to my house but I drive across town to go to this Round Table everytime thanks to their great service. They really go above and beyond!

Food quality is fine. However, all three times I have ordered a pick-up order from this place they have taken FAR longer than their quoted time and have caused me to be late back to work from my lunch break. I don't recall details on the first order. But, when I ordered last a few months ago, they quoted me 30 minutes, I got stuck at work and showed up after an hour and they hadn't even started my order yet. There was only one table of guests in the whole restaurant and there was someone else sitting there waiting for a pickup who was also furious about a long wait. I decided to give them another chance today. I placed my order over the phone (just a small pizza and 3 twists) and was quoted 25 minutes. I showed up 40 later and was told my order wasn't even in the oven yet. There are ZERO customers in the restaurant. I am ordering on weekdays in the middle of the afternoon when there aren't likely to be a ton of delivery/pickup orders and the kitchen doesn't look busy. The employees have always been friendly enough and the food quality is fine, but something really needs to be done about their timing and efficiency. The whole point of ordering ahead is so you don't have to wait. I understand sometimes things come up, but when this has happened 3 out of 3 times, it seems to be a systemic issue
