First off, I liked the food, which is a good way to get a 5 star review. However, it's not this what made me write a review, or give 5 stars. It's the fact that there was an incident, and the way they resolved the incident is the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star location: first off they seemed to have some issues with the oven when I arrived. They also seemed understaffed (I guess they were trying to fix the oven). They took our oder, and we waited a while - perhaps 30 minutes. My kid went and asked when would the pizza be ready and they told him that it would be another 15 minutes. When the order came, they apologized and they upgraded everything to make up for the extended wait time. We had so much food at the end we basically had enough for dinner as well.Honestly, I've had far far far worse experiences with delays than this. In fact, this would be the best I've ever had, and I hope other restaurant/franchise operators could read this and use it as an example of what to do when trouble arises.

Honestly worst service tonight with the main cashier not giving us half our order and asking for the list of items on a receipt, they should have our order with the order number given to them. We get home and the stuffed crust pizza is burned.

This place is cheap and horribe. Everything is low end. The salad bar is a joke. They really cheaped out. Save your money.

The staff and food is good. The issue I have is that from talking to staff, they are not participating in the reward program anymore. The pizza is very expensive and the rewards helped make it more affordable. I also noticed there was a 4.00 service charge that was added to my online order that wasn't there before. These changes by management are making it so I won't be back to this location. There are other more affordable pizza establishments.
