Just had a Round Table Pizza tonight 1/16/2025 in Vacaville for dinner. Ordered it for delivery, asked for heavy garlic sauce, and the pizza came with no sauce at all. When I called the store to talk to a supervisor, which sounded like a child, she didn’t offer to do anything. The only thing she said was well, The people working here are young. For the price that we pay for the Pizza taxes and delivery we should be getting exactly what we want. Unfortunately, this has happened other times at the same location.

Ordered pizza online went to pick up and was told that ticket order wasn't in their system, showed my receipt in phone and deduction from my account. Shift manager informed me that she couldn't do anything for me and gave me customer service email! What type of customer service is this? Then I requested to speak to someone higher up she called the General Manager Bri(alamo branch Vacaville) and she was rude and didn't want to be bothered because she was off the clock! I will NEVER purchase a pizza from here again and Bri the so called General Manager needs to be fired!

Seems like consistency with the food is lacking. Every other time when ordering a "Pan" pizza it comes as a regular thin pizza.
Have called and complained before but always given the answer that were sorry would you like (to wait another 75 min) us to remake one, or "that was a pan pizza" even though its as thin as regular.
Get your quality controll process a little attention. It should be the exact same pizza I order from any other roundtable and it almost never is.
For the price I Expect what is advertised not a screw up.

The lady at the front with black hair was extremely rude. There is a sigh in the store stating the buffet is back Mondays through Fridays. It is a Monday and she told us no buffet. She then told us no specials either. The other locations in town have no problem so this lady in particular is lazy and rude.

After ordering food from this place last week and never receiving my order then needing to argue with management to get the money refunded to my card. I thought I'd give them another shot only to have a partial order delivered nearly 3 hours after I placed it. I called asking if it would be delivered and was told it would be. Shortly after pizza and wings that have obviously been sitting on a counter for 2.5 hours arrived at my house. Part of my order never arrived. Now nobody is answering the phone. I'm mostly writing this to remind myself to never oder from them again.

I've ordered from this location multiple times and haven't had many issues but what I just dealt with is enough for me to never order from this location again. I called over the phone to place an order, the employee told me 20-25 minutes, when my husband showed up to pick up the pizza, there was no order to be found. I made sure I called the correct location and when I called back to see what happened and what could be done I got this RUDE woman who I've spoken to multiple times and she always has a bad attitude. I explained the situation to her and rather than "sorry to hear that" or anything insinuating she cared, she instead gave me an attitude and basically said we don't have an order. I listed out my whole order to her and then she proceeded to ask me do you wanna reorder...what can I get you? I asked at that point if I could talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. I can't believe a manager is the one who has the worst attitude of anyone I've spoken to there. I will not order from this location anymore. No customer service. They really just don't care. Don't waste your money.
