First, no one took our order from the stall after we pressed the red button to order. We had to go through the drive through. Second, the employees didn't even know about their own secret menu. Tried ordering a purple Sprite, and we had to tell them what ingredients were in it, and even then, they didn't know how to mix the ingredients together. Will not be going back to this location.

The manager Carrie at this location is a rockstar compassionate and understanding warm and welcoming ordered in the app the Smashburger burgers forgot to take the pickles off in the customized part of the app didn't notice till I bit one of the pickles by then the pickle flavor was on the patties asked if I could speak with a manager explain what happened with the pickles and she told me don't worry about it she would make me fresh ones and send them out to the stall I was in she walked them out personally and put extra mints in my bag to get that pickle taste out my mouth I wish you manage more fast food places not just Sonic's fast food places in general they need more people running their business like her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Slushies are flavorful and a terrific deal at 2pm, 1/2 price! Five Stars for Sonic !

I want to share my disappointment with the service during my recent visit. The way the situation was handled showed poor customer relations and little empathy. What could have been a simple fix instead turned into a condescending interaction that made me feel like I was in the wrong .when it was a check in error with there app.
We did not complain about waiting over 40 minutes for the sweet treat we came for with our children. However, when the food finally arrived, it was ice cold, and the ice cream was melted and not in solid form. As you can imagine, that was very upsetting to my children.
The only thing I expected was a reasonable solution and a respectful approach. I hope this is taken seriously so that other families do not have a similar experience
