A great quick stop lunch spot for your busy day. The staff were friendly and the establishment was very clean.I had the French dip and they were generous with the Au JusTheir sourdough was particularly pleasant and the prices were reasonable comparatively.Definitely recommended ?

If I could leave a NO star review I would. I was sent a birthday rewards coupon for $5 off to use the day of my birthday. I drove here from Dixon and placed my order. I showed the coupon on my rewards account but the clerk would not honor it stating it only pertained to online orders. I showed the coupon and read the requirements to him which stated it could be used online or in store but the clerk would not listen nor made any attempts to ask management about it. I got so frustrated I left and went elsewhere to eat. Happy Birthday to me! I will definitely not be patronizing this establishment any longer. Some rewards program! Disappoint a person on their birthday! I recommend you go to Boudin's instead!

As you walk in the air is filled with the smell of freshly baked sandwich rolls. It is a smell I had not smelled in a sandwich shop in over 10 years. The taste was reminesant of Quiznos in their heyday. You will be pleased if you eat here

I usually love this place but I feel like the turkey for my sandwich was totally off and was old and bad . I was hungry and ate about 1/3 of it when I just couldn't because the meat was tainted and bad . I then got sick really bad about 5 or 6 hours later . It's unfortunate because I really liked their sandwiches. Note to owners ti please check you're meats for freshness because it made me very sick

Came by after work for a quick sandwich fix for dinner. The shop was empty when I arrived. I was able to order my sandwich to go. Wait wasn't long and the cashier was polite. My sandwich was made as I had ordered. The store is nice sized with tables and chairs inside. There was a table with a couple chairs to eat outside.

Way too late in posting this update, but I must say WCS. Really did come through to make things right. I've been back since and have really enjoyed the food and had a small issue one other time and again they were awesome at correcting the problem. So I totally rescind my prior comment. They do have have good customer service - at least when dealing the issues I've had. Thank you again for working hard to make things right. I applaud you and have shown it by continuing to patronize your business.

The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the customer service is always great. Our server, Sydney, was kind, welcoming, and overall had the best attitude!
My wife and I came in for a lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was not very busy but there were a handful of people eating there and a few mobile order take outs. Nothing special about the service of the lady who took our order (not nice, but not rude either), but the gentleman who delivered our food was nice very respectful that we were praying before eating when he came back to check if we had everything that we ordered. The prices here is pretty average for soup and sandwiches ~$33 for my pesto turkey sandwich, cup of clam chowder, drink, Cobb salad and cup of chicken poblano soup. With any sandwich, you can make it a meal for $6.99 extra (cup of soup and drink). The food had decent flavors, but I do wish there was more meat in their sandwiches. There is a decent amount of indoor seating a couple tables for outdoor seating. Overall the place is clean, but the drink station had straw wrappers and napkins (unused, not in the holder) lying around from dirty patrons, but no one check to make sure everything. Was tidy the whole time we were there eating (~40 minutes). Overall, it's a decent place to grab some soup, salad and sandwich.

Very busy at noon to 1p. It was about a 10-15min wait for 2 sandwiches but worth it! The woman who helped us was so very helpful and nice. Which was encouraging because it was out first time there.
