The moment I stepped into the store, I was met with dirty looks from two of the Baristas. I won’t assume their genders but they were both ginger. I then proceeded to order, I asked for 2 bagels and a cookie please. One of the baristas then tells me “We sell drinks at Starbucks. Do you want one of those.” I was immediately taken aback by their tone and comment. I did end up ordering a drink but I didn’t feel comfortable asking for something as simple as a caramel drizzle. I completely understand that the holidays are busy and working in food service is taxing on the mind and body but I came in very respectfully and didn’t do anything to warrant the way I was treated. These baristas demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. Not even customer service, just basic kindness. Learn from this and be better.

What can I say when you're ordering your phone? The staff are quick to fulfill your order and it's normally waiting for you at the counter.
Parking: Daryl bought two handicap parking spots out in front and there's a lot of parking run area because it's next to a movie theater
Wheelchair accessibility: They have two handicap spots right in front and they're as easy access to go into the Starbucks

It is 3:45pm August 29, 2024. I ask for some Ice and the girl told me she can only give me a cup. Then I ask her if she can pour it in my container and she repeats "I can only give you a cup". I repeated again, "Yes, but can you pour it in my cup because I don't really need the cup from Starbucks.". Then she "roughly" threw it in my cup and hurried to shut the door rudely. If she didn't want to pour it in my cup or didn't want to give me a cup of ice, then she should of told me nicely. I was not rude to her! Maybe because I was Black! People need to be nice.

Did you forget the reason you are there is the customer? I stood there for several minutes, no one else in line, while 3 diff employees saw me but made 0 effort to acknowledge my presence or God forbid - take my order. Two were making drinks. I get that. But 3rd was more intent on adjusting packets of sugar than say, Idk, ringing up the customer. Which I'm pretty sure is why Starbucks is in business and why she has a job. In this day and age of very competitive business models, every customer counts. I hope the location owner sees this and feels the need to retrain some or all of his employees. BTW after 4min of no service I walked out. Will not return.
