I went through the drive-thru. I would say I had no problems. I ordered the caramel macchiato and honey citrus mint tea. Both drinks were made just the way we like them. The person who took my order was friendly, and the person who served me was also friendly.

This coffee shop is a joke! I ordered two drinks, an Iced White Mocha and a Mocha Frappuccino. The wait was ridiculously long because only one barista was making drinks while the other stood behind the counter doing nothing. On top of that, both drinks were handed to me without lids or straws, and there weren’t any available in the utensil area. To make matters worse, the drinks looked awful — like a mess in a cup. I’ll never come back to this store again. (See photo.)

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m very annoyed and frustrated not the way to start my morning, I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week. I usually never complain about my order which is normally a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, some type of sandwich or like today a blueberry oatmeal however today my coffee was super sweet and milky that I had drive back to the location to get it remake and they still made it milky 🫤 . And oh they forgot to give me my blueberries (which is an extra fee) for and then the worker in the back had the audacity to be upset because I complain about my coffee …….

I come here on a weekly basis. Staff is friendly they know my orders. Always greeted and thanked everytime I'm here. I never really have issues and they take care of mixups promptly. The staff here is pretty awesome 💯

I purchased a drink, went along my way to another store with my family where i dropped my drink. I was so disappointed because I had barely drank any of it. My husband called to see if they’d replace it, unexpectedly they did! I am so appreciative of their service and kind words and understanding when I went back through the drive thru to get my replacement.
