This is the first Starbucks where I was not treated immediately, or told they would be right with me. Came in there in a good mood, then left very annoyed and irritated. 😖 I gave it a 3 because my coffee was great!

Maddie is the best barista I’ve ever met! She always takes the best care of me and my drink and always greats me with such positivity. Hands down the greatest service I’ve gotten at any coffee shop has been from her!

I’m leaving this review because I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after the treatment I received a few months ago at this location and a subsequent conversation with the store manage who was very accusatory, I can no longer continue to support Starbucks. This is the only location where I have had consistent issues, and I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability here.
I cannot support any business or corporation that allows its store managers to treat customers with disrespect over the phone and fails to hold their employees accountable for their actions. I’ve visited many other Starbucks locations across town and never once had an issue, but this specific store has made me question my loyalty.
At the end of the day, it’s my money being spent, and I refuse to continue supporting a company that permits such unprofessional behavior. I’ll take my business elsewhere, whether that’s at Journey's Coffee, Peet’s Coffee, or just making tea at home. I value good service, and I won’t tolerate rude treatment from any employee or management, regardless of the reason behind it.
Until Starbucks actually addresses these issues, I’m officially done.

Ordered ahead, but still waited at window after going through long line. Their matcha tea is very weak. Strong Milk flavor comes through if that's what you prefer

Hate to say but ordered a drink for my husband and paid over 5 bucks and it wasn't completely full but he liked it but not going back

My drink was made already and it was placed by the window waiting for the cashier to hang it to me, but she was helping other customers so I did not get my drink after five minutes. When I got my drink, it was not even what I ordered. The cashier gave me an explanation that she was multitasking but me as a customer. I only want my order to be correct.
