Veterans Day Appreciation I’m an Afghanistan veteran, and this was the first time I celebrated Veterans Day with my kids since leaving the Army. The cashier at this Starbucks truly stood out—respectful, professional, and the only person today who thanked me for my service. He took real pride in his work and made our visit special. He deserves recognition and promotion—an outstanding employee and an even better person. He worked today at the cashier @1pm

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff seemed distracted and more focused on personal conversations than on customers. When I placed my order, they kept asking me to repeat it three times because they weren’t really listening — they were laughing and chatting with each other instead.
The drive-thru line took an unusually long time, and after waiting, I was shocked when they refused to accept my $100 bill for a $25 order. I was on my way to work, didn’t have my card with me, and ended up wasting time in line without getting my coffee at all. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew, along with pumpkin cold brew and got this. I told her that is not what I ordered. Barista said it had all melted together because I placed order 10 minutes ago.

I used to love this Starbucks location because it's near my job. Used to come here all the time until today. The staff is always so moody. If they don't like what they're doing, they should find another job.

Always the sweetest baristas! I come here probably 5 days out of the week, & when I ask them for extra Carmel they sure do hook it up lol

The service at this spot is very good. The person who took our order was very nice and friendly. We got 5 different vegetarian sandwiches and coffees and lemonade etc. She did great job sorting it all out for us explaining what’s vegetarian and what is not. Almond milk latte was very good too.
This location is the worst. I order cold brews, they give me plain drip coffee instead. I order iced espressos, they give me drip coffee instead.. this has happened over half a dozen times. Idk why they’re so lazy and cheap here. I order the same drinks at different locations, and this store always jips me! Sticking to Davis St. location, they are hands down the best one in Vacaville! Alamo Dr. peeps, do better and make the drinks the way people order them!!

Went this morning for a breakfast sandwich and got the Bacon gouda and egg sandwich. It was the most tasteless thing I have ever had..BK and McDonald's have them beat and thats not saying much..Seriously Starbucks, no wonder you are losing customers!! Disgraceful

I came in today for a Matcha latte i was so exited but at the end i was very upset. The girl made my drink with a cocktail mixer im not sure why she thinks matcha would mix well, thinking that its more easy to wash that then a blender. Very un professional work im now geting a stomach pain from all the clumps of matcha couldn't drink it had to throw it out half way. I'm very upset. I have a picture for proof but could not see where to add wish i could.
