I've worked in coffee for almost 7 years and I get it, getting frustrated with difficult customers, being busy or having just a hard day. But Sandra you were SO fucking rude for no reason, maybe try to let go the previous customer experience when the next one isn't as difficult hopefully your day gets better.

Have been craving their lemon loaf for 2 years. Just bought it, drove all the way home, and there's a discard by sticker on it, and it should have been discarded. I'm not sure how they missed that.

Ordered Dragon mango lemonade drink and ask for less ice and sugar. Instead he gave me full of lemonade with sugar and few frozen dragon pieces in it and i still don’t get it how people go for Starbucks.

If I could give this review a zero I could. I had a terrible experience with this employee and unfortunately they were super super rude. Terrible attitude, slamming down the ingredients, and just super hostile. Nothing rude was said from our side, but they were just super rude. We weren't ready to order yet and we weren't even close to the counter and they asked if we were ready in a rude tone. After that there was just all this sighing and just terrible attitude.

I guess when you are in front of a target you don't really need the business , but I can honestly say it's the first time I've had a worker say "I'm closing for my break" with customers in line . I know employees are hard to find , but you have to close so your workers can take a break ?

I want to give a huge shoutout to Kenya at this Starbucks! My sister and I came on a Friday evening and she was giving beyond customer service and was super friendly! 1. She let us take out time ordering and kept checking in on us until we were ready. 2. She made she made sure she made the drink how we wanted (asked if we wanted ice in the nitro although typically doesn't come in that drink & asked for the amount of cold foam we wanted etc.)
Jay is very polite. Deserves a raise. She was the only one working with about 15 people in line. I waited 10 mins for my drink till someone else showed up to help.

Every week, we go to Vacaville just to get a drink from this Starbucks because they make our drinks so perfectly! Lex is our go to! He always makes the perfect drinks and has great customer service!

Terrible Attention by Kaelyn. She is so rude. Also, you don't have available the products in the counter, you need to take it off if you can't offer it and change your staff.
