Went to get a coffee last week. Asked for a large caramel latte. There was zero taste of caramel. Of course, they don't provide receipts, so there no chance of a refund. Buy your coffee elsewhere.

I ordered an oat milk shaken espresso and asked the barista to go easy on the ice. For $6.45, I expected more than just a few sips of coffee. I was on my break from work for 15 minutes, and I waited almost 12 minutes for my order. it’s so disappointing. 😞 got mostly ice. There is no option here to attach the picture otherwise i would love to post and show you all. Very bad experience.

I went to ask for the bathroom code and the employee looked so annoyed about it. She said it was open but then said it was closed after. I then ordered and she had this terrible rude attitude. Once I finished ordering the slammed the window shut. Terrible customer service. Disliked the pink haired girl, never coming again.

This is the 6th time they want to open 2 hours late talking about short staff but NEVER return a call for someone trying to work at the company I called about 25 mins ago asking why I am standing outside waiting on my order when my order was placed an hour ago I soon will be contacting a lawyer because they are lying to customers with these hours affecting our working hours and the manager was rude saying yes she can open the store whenever she wants when there is short staff but she isn’t trying to hire anyone either which is sad I’ve been dealing with Starbucks for over 8 years I shouldn’t have to go through this when trying to get a drink for work
