Slow baristas, incompetent and made me wait for 30 minutes while there was nobody else inside, i just hear them gossip and then when i go up to ask they have the audacity to say "Are you waiting for something?" "I'm sorry what was your order?" ... And on top of that they tell me that they can't even make my order right after making me wait.... Go to a different Starbucks, this one is not worth it

We live close to this Starbucks which is the main reason we come here, plus we always are greeted with a warm welcoming by the employees! There are 2 young ladies that I will always remember besides my daughter because how they both took our orders. It becomes personable when someone really listens, pays attention and helps give suggestions. My apologies if I forgot their names, but my daughter said the sweet young lady with red color hair and the other sweet young lady with black curly hair. I believe her name is Anna? Thank you for always making us feel like we belong here and that we're tended to!!

didn’t have drinks ready at the given pick up time so we waited an extra 20 minutes. then we had to have them remake them because they used the wrong milk and my friend is lactose intolerant which took an extra 30 minutes.. the girl who remade them had an attitude about it too
