Nice, hard working people but their system is setup such that it prioritizes drive through customers over in-store. I ordered a very simple drink, and watched several dozen vehicles get served while I waited for them to make my order. Took easily 20 minutes, and there was no line inside. Do better.

This is probably the rudest interaction I have ever had at a Starbucks. I have been a customer for probably close to 30 years with 1-2 visits a day, as well as buying my employees drinks on a regular basis. We were traveling home from a roadtrip and decided to stop here for a quick coffee before the last leg of our journey. I ordered the same drink I order at EVERY other Starbucks I visit and was told they couldn’t do that and I should tell her which Starbucks so she could report it. The girl had a very nasty attitude. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice to a customer, but it sure costs a lot to be rude to them.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in Vacaville! They have no sense of urgency. It takes forever to get through the line even if I come 30 minutes before I start work right around the corner… they’re also super rude if you try to correct them on a drink you’re paying $8 for. It’s not hard to make a refresher with pre made juices.

I ordered a pink drink with oatmilk, vanilla sweet cream foam and vanilla bean powder app and they could not find and remade it with coconut milk after I told them twice with oatmilk. I had to go back to work so could not sit and wait for another. Very disappointed they did not listen. I threw it out as i have mild allergy to coconut

Literally the worst Starbucks ever!!! It takes 25+ minutes to get through the drive thru when there isnt anyine in line. It's incredibly slow and the service is poor. I would avoid this particular Starbucks at all costs.
