Starbucks leisure town has no customer service whatsoever. You stand at the counter waiting to place an order and are totally ignored. And before anyone comments, they were not busy and hardly anyone inside was waiting for a drink. I will not be going back.

The store was dirty, the staff was disengaged with customers, and no napkins in the lobby. My friend and I were there for a while and no one ever filled them up. They did not appear busy enough to warrant such a lack of attention to the customer experience.

Who doesn't love coffee any time of day! There are so many varieties to choose from, and so many temperatures as well (hot, ice, blended). Today, for me, was a frappuccino and pastry. They both were absolutely delicious! Although the prices are always high at starbucks, they do have a membership card, which will allow you to gain points that can later be used to buy drinks, foods, or products, almost like a video game! LolThe atmosphere inside was nice to sit and visit with friends while enjoying my beverage. Starbucks is an oldie but goodie and will hopefully never go out of business. Please coffee up there often.

I sadly waited 12 minutes for a basic latte which made me late for an appointment. Typically orders are completed within a couple of minutes making this delay unexpected. Not sure why but do wish they had some sort of monitor to track order times. Was next door for an appointment so ordered in store. The app might have been a better choice in hindsight.

Rude empty drive thru so they weren’t busy I was sitting for a good 5 mins before she even greeted me at the window no smile no have a good day just flat out rude do better Starbucks not to mention she did ask for a tip tho if u guys r gonna ask for tips like Dutch bros have better customer service skills like Dutch

Takes a lot for me to be upset but when it takes 10 minutes just to order and another 5-7 min to get a iced coffee that's a bit upsetting. This Starbucks is always so slow. Don't think I'll be back to this location.

This Starbucks feels utilitarian at best, and not very cozy. The service is pleasant and fast with a lot of smiles. The food is OK, and it's clean for the most part. Some tables were left with crumbs on them for the entire 40 minutes we were there.
