My individuals came to get ice water and they gave them a nice cup of water with no problems thank you very kind and supportive

First of all, this place does not allow you to order in the app. Second, it will be a wait to order, get your order, and get a spot to charge your car. Third, you have to deal with Safeway employees on top of Starbucks employees. By the time you get through 1-3, you’ll head to the Starbucks down the street that lets you order in the app and will actually take your order prior to making their own cup of coffee. Don’t waste your time at this location. You can walk to the one at target or down the street the other way.
Vegetarian options: They will mess up your order, so go elsewhere.
Parking: Never any spots open to charge your tesla.

This is the most useless coffee spot. Employees are lazy and wander around talking vs. Focusing on their job. This morning no line but couldn't get the employee to take an order as they were busy making their own. Glad employee coffee TRUMPS paying customers.

Starbucks needs to stop supporting genocide, support their unions better, and actually put the ingredients you say are in their drinks (there is currently a lawsuit going on for this). There are better local coffee shops with better ingredients, better quality, and ones that do not support the murder of thousands of lives. Philz coffee is Palestinian owned.
Worst Starbucks branch in Northern California. Apple Maps and Google says it closes at 8pm. Was in line at the drive-thru for 2 drinks, a guy was taking my order and while I was talking, a lady interfere and told me they were closed. Like really? Someone’s just taking my order means they can do it and this lazy manager cut him off to tell m they were closed — at 6:58pm! Starbucks were always known to give great customer experience and friendly baristas, but this particular branch is an exception. I mean what difference does it make for them to make 2 drinks? I don’t understand how hard it is to make 2 drinks when a customer was already in line at the drive-thru. If they were able to make a drink for the customers in front of me the whole day, it’s unacceptable for me that they turned down my order just because they’re short-staffed.

We love how Daniel makes our drinks, iced white Mocha no whip cream — he takes his time and provides an excellent service. His great customer service as a barista makes us come back. We loved his welcoming, he’s very friendly!Also Tyler is provided us great service. Thanks Starbucks!!!!! ?
Was helped by a very pretty cashier named Iris White who was very patient with an unruly Karen even though she was the only one working she kept her cool and was very satisfying to talk to and the drinks were sooo good too. Thank you iris. you are awesome! :)
My friends and I all visited and the barista Daniel ABSOLUTELY killed it. I had no idea what to order so he made me the best coffee I've ever had. Clearly passionate about coffee, he mixed it up with care and WOW. Give this man a raise or something.

The gal was doing the best she could but they really need to have 2 workers at lunch time.
Only takeaway is available now. The meal is fast and the staff serves well. There will be a chance to eat in the future.
