The service here was absolutely great - the staff really knows what they’re doing and treats you right. This is honestly the cleanest and freshest location around, and you can tell the difference immediately when you walk in. Everything about my sandwich was perfect - all the ingredients were super fresh and it tasted amazing. The whole restaurant was spotless too, which really shows they care about maintaining high standards. If you’re looking for the best Subway experience in the area, this is definitely the place to go!

I usually don’t complain, but I have to address the poor management at this location run by a gentleman named Amen. He clearly doesn’t understand how the Subway app operates. I walked in intending to use my app as I do at every other Subway in Vacaville, where my coupons are scanned without an issue.
When I mentioned I could place my order online, he agreed, yet he still went ahead and made my sandwich. Then, when I tried to finalize my order, I discovered that this franchise doesn’t even honor any of the deals! It’s frustrating to have my sandwich made under false pretenses. This needs to be addressed. They falsely advised like they participate and then just said no but its full price 14.99!?? For a subway sandwich! Go to Peabody rd that guygive enough meat and is very nice and participates in all deals!

I ordered online so my coupon would be accepted. If coupons are not used, price is not worth the lifeless sandwiches Subway stores provide. It's an issue across the board for all Subway shops. From store to store, the customer service is what makes the store stand out! This location was seemed nice, but I didn't really interact. My sandwich was not ready when I arrived 20 mins later, service is slow. People in the store that had just ordered got their sandwich before I got my preorder.
Vegetarian options: I think there is only one veggie or veggie with cheese sandwich.
Parking: Near Lucky Grocery.

Holy Moly! Do not go there. One sandwich cold although ordered warm, insisted I need to take 2 cups for a To Go order instead of bottles ( super fun to carry) had to argue to get my chips, bag was ripped and the churro stick would have made a great crowbar. That together with the weird smell and the homeless outside..pass- crappiest subway experience in 8 countries

Staff was rude. It was a hot day and even hotter inside this subway. They don’t run ac anymore. Will never go back. These people want $20 an hour to work fast food yet they don’t give $20 an hour worth of customer service or care for the customer

It’s really clean. This place claimed it’s open until 9:30pm. I bailed on other food closing soon to come here and now I get to eat trash “burgers”. I got here at 9:02pm I’m thinking this place closed way before 9pm

Hands down, the best Subway in town! We go to this one, even though it's not the closest to our house. Even when I order online, the sandwiches are EXACTLY how I want them..extra this and no that, etc. Worth driving the extra mile every time!

Freshly sliced meat Subway says…The only thing fresh in this store is meat slicer. It sits in the corner and is never used. This store also will not honor Subway coupons. They say their “system” doesn’t allow it.Pass, find another Subway because these guys are killing business for themselves…

More expensive than most Subways. Also they charge differently almost everyday. Been there 3 times in less than 2 weeks ordered the same thing and the price varies..
