one of the worst places, they put it without taking into account the proportions of what I ordered. It turned out very spicy, although just a little. The staff is not friendly

Absolutely terrible subway. On multiple occasions they have given half meat on footlong sandwiches and I mean that literally. On a meatball sub they will give 3-4 meatballs, on a steak and cheese they will give 1 Scoop, on a tuna sub 1 Scoop. And minimal veggies, im talking 3-5 leaves of spinach or pinch of lettuce. They try to hide this behind metal close trays for their proteins not sure why when you say the meat on the sandwich right after. Regardless take the 4 minutes to go to any other franchise if you want a sub, or just stop at a seperate sandwich joint.

Not very professional to say you open at 7:30am and NOT open. I waited over 15 minutes but left because I was going to be late for work.

The service was HORRIBLE! Counter person was rude. No greeting, slow to come from
the back of the store. Wouldn’t let paying customers use the restroom. She needs an attitude adjustment, customer service training or if she were my employee FIRED! This was Wed. 9-11 about 4:30.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I placed an order using the BOGO deal and arrived to pick up my sandwiches. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering the store, I was not greeted and was immediately met with an unwelcoming attitude. The staff member informed me, rather curtly, that my sandwich was not ready. As I watched her prepare my order, I noticed that the sandwich lacked the additional vegetables I had requested through the app. When I pointed this out, she argued with me, stating that because I received a free sandwich, she was not obligated to add more ingredients. She also expressed concern about losing business if she complied with my request.
I attempted to address the situation calmly, explaining that this was not an appropriate way to handle customer service and that her behavior was unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, she continued to display a negative attitude, slammed the sandwiches on the counter, and ultimately asked me to leave when I noted the sandwiches did not meet the usual standard.
I believe in giving feedback when necessary, and while I am not inclined to complain, this experience was unacceptable. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.

When I walked into the store The woman there was very nice the second that I mentioned that I had a coupon that was given to me in the mail locally which I live about a mile away from the store she said it probably won't work then when she found out that it did work she proceeded to tell me how I was getting a $12 sandwich for $7.99 and that basically she's making nothing she had a lot to say about corporate I do not suggest that you visit this establishment

Stopped in yesterday on my way out of town. No one at the counter for service. After a short wait, finally owner/ manager said someone will help shortly. Placed order and girl was not putting proper items on sandwich. When I commented- manager said she has it right! No she didn’t!! Then I realized she didn’t put 2x the cheese choice, that comes with that sandwich ( All American Club), when I got to my destination. So the service was poor and the owner/ manager was rude and disrespectful. I paid by credit card and didn’t put a tip on my charge & and she wasn’t happy. I was ( and did put a cash tip in their jar). That's how I do it, so additional fees don’t add up on my card. The server saw me do it, but didn’t acknowledge it with a thank you or anything. I will never go back and will use another local subway.

I ordered my sandwich online for pick up with extra meat and this is what they gave me I promise I will never go here again I’m going to stick to going to the one on741 E Monte Vista Avenue, Albertson'sCenter, Vacaville, CA 95688 everything’s better there . correct serving portions , Very respectful staff

The employee was very rude and wouldn't accept a coupon so I had to pay full price for the sandwich.I checked the receipt when I got home, and the reason the coupon didn't work is because she charged me for the wrong chicken that didn't qualify for the promo.Then she said they didn't have a bathroom.As a blue collar worker our hands get dirty, and a place that serves food should allow their customers to wash their hands!!She said:"You can use the hand sanitizer on the wall"WHAT ????Sure, let me mix the dry mud on my hands with alcohol ( sanitizer), then eat my sandwich.Sounds like a great idea.The store also smelled like if the bathroom has a plumbing issue, that's probably why they don't let anyone use the bathroom to wash your hands.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other subway in town, but this one.You lost a new customer!!Horrible service !!

I was the only customer at 6:30 pm, no hello or welcome. I should’ve walked out. But I reluctantly I ordered a BOGO (buy one get one) footlong sandwich offer. Long story short, she gave me half the meat on both of my footlong sandwiches… Instead of BOGO, this Subway should advertise B2GO ( Buy Two get one)! I weighed my sandwiches when I got home and both sandwiches weighed 8oz each. I can honestly say I won’t return to this establishment during this lifetime.
