If you want to come to a fast food restaurant where no one ever acknowledges you’re there, have to use a machine, takes a LONG time to get order AND it’s blasting AC when it’s 8pm and not at all hot out…come here. I asked them if they could turn off the AC and they said it’s locked and they can’t touch it. Not coming here again

Came here today around 8:49am the guy working the drive thru window claimed to be the owner and if he was by far the rudest employee ever with 0 customer service skills, I asked to get fresco combo meal without onions and nondairy something every other Taco Bell does and he just told me to go to the other locations instead of accommodating a paying customer claiming the company would lose money so instead of loosing “the fee for tomatoes “ the company lost around 7 to 8 dollars and a customer! The owner or lying employee needs to be trained on how to deal with customers who have food allergies and not charge them more for having food sensitivities.

Vegetarian options: Need more vegan options and not a single organic option

One of the managers was totally disgusting, and yelled at me for taking too long in the bathroom (I had gotten my period but was embarrassed). I was a regular customer here.
He was 2 inches behind me while he followed me out yelling at me. This happened months ago but it was still enraging.
