Service is consistently much slower than I expect of a Taco Bell.

Fortunately, my current assignment allows me an hour for lunch.  If, as on most jobs, I only had half an hour, this Taco Bell would not be a valid option for me.

I have been there today night I did order food through doordash. soo I went through drive thru the guy who was working at drive thru was very rude and mad I told to him for sauce then he said to me sauces are already in bag when I did check the bag there were no any sauce to I did wait there more than ten minutes but he did not give me any reply😒😒last time he did same thing with me.

I've been eating for over 41 years on this planet. I've waited 15 minutes before but today, today I spent over 35 minutes trapped in their ridiculous 1 lane only hellscape of a drive thru. Never in my life have I waited that long at a fast food spot. Literally have no idea what they were doing. Crazzzzzzy

This was our first visit to this location. The only way to order was at the kiosk which in my opinion takes way longer to order. I ordered the black beans and rice. I’ve never had it before and I would definitely order it again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because there was a mix up with our order and they put nacho cheese on my beans and rice. It didn’t come with cheese and I don’t eat cheese. When I went to the counter she couldn’t tell me why cheese was added and was somewhat hesitant to make it right. Also somehow we accidentally added fries to our order. The counter person pointed that out, but there were no fries on the tray. The counter person said she would get them for us. We’d already finished our meal by the time they came out. There was only one other person in the restaurant, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. I would have preferred to have my money back since they were an accident and they weren’t served with the rest of our meal. C’est la vie.

We waited in line for sooo long!! Way to slow. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Not sure who the manager is but they suck because they do not run this store well. Prime time after work 6pm and the line is so slow. Waited 25 minutes with 3 cars in front of me . Won't be coming back
