Staff do not pay attention to customers and will often be in conversation while Im waiting to order or waiting to pick up an order, Ive had to wait unreasonable amounts of time for an order that was sitting right by the window as well as just to order, I completely understand it can be busy but Im often there at slow hours and the staff continue to showcase no care for customer service at least for me, I have yet to have a positive experience.

This place has horrible customer service made me wrong drink & I was asking can I bring back to have it corrected they told me no that I should have tried it before leaving ..save your money or spend some where else so your money doesn't go to waste.

Went here with my family, we are from out of town and have boba in multiple different locations in California and Oregon. We were very disappointed. The red Thai tea was extremely bitter, grainy, and did not taste like other Thai teas we’ve had. The matcha smoothie was chalky, bitter, and almost tasted like chocolate(?). Mango smoothie and Choco Lava were very good though. The brown sugar boba and mango popping pearls were also really good. We watched the workers in there talk amongst themselves, borderline goof off and waited for almost 15 minutes for five drinks with three teens working. Nothing wrong with their customer service otherwise!

Waited for like 15 minutes watched as the people working goofed off. When I got my drinks I was sooooo disappointed to get bitter and grainy Thai tea with an awful after taste. It was clear they used little to no milk or cream. Then my sister’s matcha was also bitter and clearly cheap from a packet, that was not stirred well enough. It had a weird texture and kinda tasted like chocolate. My smoothie was fine tho. Anyway not coming again and don’t recommend at all.

Hands down the BEST popcorn chicken I’ve ever had!
My mom and I ordered matcha lattes, popcorn chicken, and chicken chicharron. Food was really REALLY good, and the workers are very friendly too! When we came in, the lady at the desk asked us if we’ve been here before and then walked us through the menu. Our drinks also came in these very cute reusable cups which wasn’t expected but was a very welcome surprise. The portion size is pretty big, and the price you pay for it is pretty good as well! Will definitely be coming back again.

This was literally THE best curry/katsu I've ever had in my entire life. Like ever. My boyfriend got the curry popcorn chicken and he also is throughly enjoying it. Wow.
We had to wait 10-15 minutes for the food and we were kind of in a rush. As slightly bothered as we were, it was because the girls there got a large online order. Having worked in a boba shop before I totally empathized with them. They did amazing handling the in-store customers, DoorDash, and the big order they got. I saw one girl, I wasn't sure her name but she had brown hair with some blonde streaks, she really took care of one of the customers! Having her try the drink to make sure it's sweet enough and just having excellent customer service. They made sure to get the job done at the same time which is very admirable. They did great.
Once again, the food was SO GOOD and honestly well worth the wait. Seriously delicious. Katsu was so crispy and the meat wasn't dry at all. And the curry sauce actually made me feel intense feelings inside my body. So good. Rice was nice and warm too and not dried. I really appreciated how fresh the food was prepared! Right in house.
Please stop by here if you're in Vacaville. The drinks are also super good! I put a picture of my drink with my order on it. So good and 50% sweetness actually tasted like 50%!
Would definitely recommend. Shout out to the three workers there!

Tea Dojo Cafe is under new ownership and wow! The owners, Michelle and John (or Jon, sorry!) have made delicious changes to Tea Dojo Cafe!
They kept a lot of the first owner's menu but added a lot more food and a few changes to the drink recipes. One change is using Ceremonial Matcha instead of Traditional Matcha, and trust me, the quality of Matcha they use tastes pretty top notch!
Some food I def rec trying are their Curry Chicken Popcorn Bento, Savory Soy Wings, Chick-charron, Tater Tots Dojo Style. Everything the prepare is made in house. Their Calamari is fresh and hand-cut by Michelle herself! And you can taste the quality of their calamari, too! It's so yummy; esp with the sweet chili sauce! The Savory Soy Wings is similar to a Soy flavored Korean Fried Chicken. It's crisp and marinated perfectly. This one is probably # 1 for me!
For the drinks, I really enjoyed the Matcha Strawberry Latte! The strawberry puree they use, in any of their strawberry drinks, is also made in-house!
To order, they have an ordering kiosk which is user friendly and pretty straight forward. Or you can order through a human. They also have a pick up window after placing your order because there are no seats or tables inside Tea Dojo Cafe. Staff was friendly and we got our food/ drinks in a timely matter. It was really nice being able to chat with the owners, too!
I'm really happy to see the changes at Tea Dojo Cafe, because Vacaville Premium Outlets needs a good boba tea snack place. Excited to see the new growth of Tea Dojo Cafe!

Great place! I happened to be in Vacaville on a whim and decided to get some boba while I was around. This place was amazing! The creme brulee milk tea was delicious and had both the creamy and crunchy part of creme brulee at the top. My sister and I ordered some onion rings and fries and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount they give you for $5. Definitely will come back here again
