For a "fast food" type place this is a great burger joint, and with costs so high this feels fair. I also like their fried green beans, and pretty mush all other menu items too!

The food was good, but when I approached the staff with a concern about something missing on my burger, the response from a member of the staff was a rude refusal. Said missing ingredient was there, but only in a small portion worth 1-2 bites. I don't generally complain about things like that, but it was something that had an extra charge, and I would have liked to enjoy it on the whole burger.

The cashier who worked on 12/15/23 am shift at this location was super friendly and pleasant, this is the kind of attitude that makes you frequent an establishment. Now as for that frozen breaded chicken patty...Habit gotta do better, my fries were nice and hot!

We did not receive our complete order for three adults, one order was missing a beef patty and the meat was WAY over cooked. We were not satisfied.

Placed a very detailed order around 7:30pm and received it no more than 10 minutes later with everything correct. The young kid at the register was accommodating, offered water while I waited. Rare experience nowadays. Also the store was clean and well kept.

Haven't been to Habit in awhile. Tried the new steak sandwich. Definitely not worth the $10 price tag. Omitted lettuce and tomato from the sandwich and requested grilled onions. Onions were forgotten so I only got steak and light mayo on bread and steak pieces were small. Flavor was good but again, portion size for that price was ridiculous. Coffee shake could've used more coffee flavor - was very mild. Husband's Santa Barbara burger and onion rings looked way better than my sad little meal. Paid almost $40 for two sandwiches, one order of onion rings, and two shakes. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Always stop here on trips to the bay area. Food is always prepared super quick and never had any problems. Staff is helpful and isn’t lazy. Will always stop for lunch here when passing through. 4.9/5.

Zero stars. Went to habit today. I ordered the Cobb Salad, husband got a double burger and onion rings. Our buzzer went off, went to get food, she didn't know what balsamic dressing was. Finally got it. Hubby brought food to the table, the avocado on my salad was so dark it looked like p**** literally. His onion rings were burnt. Of course I took the avocado off. As we sat there eating he got madder and madder. He went to the manager and showed her the avocado, she said that's the way it is. I understand avocado turns brown but this was rotten, it wasn't just brown on the outside of the pieces. She didn't care. As prices rise you would think places would take care of their customers. He wasn't wanting a refund or anything just showing her and she had that attitude. We were loyal Habit customers, but no longer.
