Worst customer service and the guy at the cashier was so rude I couldn't believe it. I think he was even the manager. Smh. Only nice person was the taller girl with brown hair. Everyone else was horrible.

Very rude staff! I'm not even one step in the door and someone screams "MASK".... I took my mask off to use Apple Pay (which I didn't know they didn't have, Apple Pay symbol was there) and someone screamed from the back "MASK"!! Very RUDE. Then 2 seconds later someone in the back took off their mask! The young woman at the front counter was rude, she would toss the food onto the counter which seems like a disrespectful way to treat someones meal, and she puts the lid inside the cup when she hands it to you. She also had her mask pulled down below her mouth, but would yell at you if yours was down! They got my order completely wrong! This store sucks! The only reason this store is open is because it's a chain restaurant.

The young woman at the front counter was rude to every customer I watched her interact with, she would toss the food onto the counter which seems like a disrespectful way to treat someones meal, and she puts the lid inside the cup when she hands it to you. I don't know if this is a wingstop standard but I watched her handle money then put the lid inside someones cup. No hand washing or sanitizing involved. Pretty gross considering her hand germs are now inside the cup. I waited 35 minutes for an order of 10 wings with fries and it was definitely not busy. Not to mention there were 6 employees I could see behind the counter. All of this could have just ended up with me not coming back instead of leaving a bad review except I get home and my wings aren't even the right seasoning or sauce. At that point it was just funny. If you are going to eat there at least read the reviews so you know what you're getting into.

Dont go here. Hiring people that are slow. One employee looks high. This place is the worst wing stop i ever been to. Never ever again!!!

Ask I walked in the door with my mask in hand putting it on one of the employees proceeded to tell me to put on a mask and I lifted it up and said it's in my hand I'm putting it on and then says it's on the door idk if you know how to read as a customer about to buy food from that business you do not talk to customers like that very unprofessional I will never support this wing stop and will tell as many people as I can to not get food there ( it was the guy with dreads) that said this to me

I mean really, I feel you put more effort to go out of your way and not do your job. They put almost no sauce flavoring on them. Would love a refund quite honestly. Like wow.

I'm honestly surprised this place is still open. The food is awful and the staff is rude. There's not a bit of customer service, I recently watched one of the managers assault a customer outside the store. Like really!? I thought I moved to a nice area but I guess just stay away from the chicken stores...

I do not recommend this place the manager treats disabled people and mostly disable veterans with disrespect. The manager needs to be retrained. Instead of doing what law says to accommodates to the disability. He decided to make a scene and treat the veteran like trash. This place overall customer service is trash.

It's a no for me dog . Wing stop sells chicken thighs now. This is my second time here the first trip was good and it made me come back but this last time was a no all around . The chicken was burnt way too hard it was dry. And the fries were cold. Not to mention they got our order all wrong.

This review shouldn't come as a surprise...seeing as wing stop has way more bad than good reviews. The service is freaking awful! Today after placing an order online I arrived to pick up my order and forgot my mask. As I opened the door I was yelled at to leave. When I tried to even ask for a mask I was just yelled over and told to leave again. I think it's time for new management. Your poor service skills and poor employee choice is going to run you out of business. I will no longer be patronizing wing stop. Merry Christmas
I wanted some wings. I started driving there and calling so my order would ready. I got through three times to be hung up after waiting on hold for 3-4 minutes. I get to this Wingstop, they do appear all that busy. While informing the worker about the attempted calls I get a look that tells me where I put my issues. I wasn't rude about, I merely asked. I understand being and bad days. I merely post to say do not expect customer service when ordering here. You get wings with a side of attitude. Enjoy them.

This place stinks. The inside stinks so bad made me lose my appetite. The wings are gross. The fries taste like cardboard. The place needs to be deep cleaned. The seats at the booth are ripped. The tables feel like there's at least 5 years of dirt and grime on them. Very gross. I recommend FIREWINGS

Rating is based on management.. employees were trying their best.. Ordered online,16-21 minute till order is ready.. I got to the store 20 min after ordering,and waited another hour till my order was ready along with 10 other people.. Had 2 people working trying to juggle walk in orders answering phone cooking and packing orders.. Hire 1 more person to deal with phones and register cheap f**ks

If I could I would give this place a zero! The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The cashier and the red hair girl in the kitchen are HORRIBLE! They need to be fully trained just to get to the ok level.

FFS. There's no excuses for not peeling the carrots or at least washing them first. Nothing could be further from awesome than biting into what should be a cool refreshing carrot after eating a lukewarm soggy habanero wing and tasting dirt. Top tip, if it looks like dirt chances are the customer will eat something that tastes like dirt. The one star was given because zero stars wasn't an option.
