They had some pretty good clearance at the door for totes. It's like $0.75 a piece. It was a killer deal. First time ever. Guess was her first for everything LOL

I love Walmart Supercenter of Vacaville very reasonable price on all items in the store. Very good deals on grocery, clothing, few auto parts, sporting goods. Bring back days that reminded me of stores like Walmart. One that I quite remember was Woolworth. This store also represents the people of Vacaville and communities. Keep up the very good work.

I called HR, Directory, and Autocare just to ask how much an oil change is. Everyone adamantly refuses to answer their phones. Like hell I’m driving there.

Store employees who looked like people with serious drug issues followed me around the store like I was removing products as if I wasn't going 2 pay for them. I applaud the loss prevention staff for making a consumer feel so unwelcome. Why are there such long lines and not a person on a register?

On Monday, July 1st, I went into the store to shop and possibly try to get some boxes for my neighbor who is moving soon. A gentleman by the name of Rico (who doesnt normally work at this Walmart) offered his help in getting the boxes needed. He went to one area and there weren’t any, then he went to another, and then finally I believe it was the third area he went to (all very different locations in the store) he was able to get me several strong boxes. He got me another cart and helped load the boxes up (and offered to help me bring them to my car). This nice young man went way above and beyond and was very friendly in doing so. Thank you Rico, you made my day with your great attitude and customer service??

I was on my way back home from the Bay Area from a doctor’s appointment. I recently had a quadruple bypass heart surgery. I stopped at this Walmart. I live 45 minutes north of Vacaville on I-505. I took my time shopping. I am so disappointed with this store. No cashiers available to help me check out. I was told they are on breaks and lunch. Everyone at the same time? I asked to speak with a manager 3 times. No manager showed up. Angrily, a woman working the cage (where the self check out registers are) said she would check me out from the cage. She was not a happy camper. I don’t work for Walmart and I never go through self check out. Then I needed a bag of ice for my frozen items. No ice had been delivered today at 10:45 AM. What happened to disabled check out? Where is a manager? I hope someone from Walmart sees this message. WinCo for me next time. Much more pleasurable.

I scheduled an oil change in advance to avoid long waits, arriving at 3:15 PM to get ahead. However, it's now 5:32 PM, and my vehicle hasn't even been touched. Sitting here, waiting and watching as staff appear busy but achieve nothing, is beyond frustrating. It seems breaks are more frequent than actual work. Next time, save yourself the trouble and head to Oil Connection in FF. They'll have you in and out in 20-25 minutes, unlike here where urgency is non-existent. I understand it's hot, but professionalism shouldn't take a back seat. Such a disappointing experience; I'll be taking my business to Oil Connection from now on.
