This Wendy's always has great service. The food is ok. This place is usually very busy day or night. The food is always hot and fresh though.

This is the second time I’ve had a problem with my breakfast. Everything I purchased this morning was cold, the potato’s, my burrito, and my #2 sandwich was cold and did not have the extra sauce. I never have a problem at the Dixon location everything is made to order. I’ll never stop here again.

Did an order through @doordash, and fries were missing nuggets were missing both frostys were missing. When contacting the restaurant spoke to the manager on duty on Saturday evening and she stated that I had to submit a complaint through door dash. When I messaged the deliver rep he stated he brought everything that was handed to him. Manager on duty was not the helpful and seemed to be very unbothered about a guest experience. Couldn’t even eat the food as we were disgusted ?
