I put a mobile order in at 4:00 and we didn’t leave till 5:30. People ordered after us and got their food before us. The manager was yelling at all her employees and slamming the phone. Even after all that, they still got our order wrong. The manager needs more training.

I placed an order for 30 pieces to take away, when I got home there were only 20 pieces and I could no longer go to the store to make the claim because they had closed. Terrible service, when you place a takeout order, check in the store that everything is correct before leaving because you will lose money if you don't.

I was waiting for 2 hours. We asked 3 times about our order and were told it’s being worked on. The 4th time we asked, we were told they lost our ticket, they haven’t started it yet. Unacceptable. Ordered ahead online for nothing.

We came in was ordering $100+ in food and we asked for water cup they said we don't give out water cups anymore they wanted to charge us 3.95 for cups crazy.. we never had ever paid for water cups at any other wing stop. With that treatment we walked out and went to the one in Davis.
Terrible management at this location, all orders were at least a full hour behind on 11/15/24. And even better orders were coming out for people not even there even though the so-called manager wrote down people's names who were there waiting for their food.
Never seen it this bad, something must have changed in the way orders or they can't handle orders during big events.

I did a pickup I get in my car to look to see if I have everything, i payed for 4 ranches only received 2 so went back in to ask to get the other two, girl made me go get my bag so I did she just got done handling the register so her hands were not clean and she’s going through the bag with her bare hands touching on my fries all my food I asked her if she could not touch my food with her bare hands and she laughs and keeps going through my bag so I just took my bag didn’t even want the ranch at this point

Terrible service. I placed an order today at 8:14 pm and it was delivered to me at 8:50 pm. 36 minutes later, the fries were cold and tasted sweet. I asked for the fries to be changed and they were still sweet. The wings were also cold. Very bad service.

Made the mistake of ordering delivery after 9pm (never again). Although they made not even matter. Fries were cold, not warm…COLD. Sprite fountain drink was disgusting didn’t taste like sprite at all.
