Wing stop has the worst customer service. It does not matter which store. Corporate needs to fire and/train all their staff. They treat customers as if their food is free.

Staff is horrible to DoorDash drivers, they even have a policy that delivery drivers cannot use their bathroom. The pick up orders are never on time you end up having to wait anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes and you can’t even use the bathroom . I will never pick up an order from there again

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was messed up & I asked for a refund. Person at the front said “I don’t know how to do refunds so I can’t”…wow. So he says he’ll have his manager do my refund and proceeds to ask her through text since she’s not in store. Then says “you’ll get your refund in 3 days”. I let 5 days go by before I called them stating that I’m yet to receive a refund. Before the “he said she said” hassle I had over the phone with them, the manager proceeds to tell me to just dispute the charge with my bank. EXCUSE ME ?? How unprofessional can they be ? As I proceed to tell them that I’m unable to do that due to paying with my Apple Card, the manager tells me she will write my name in a book and I can call them to place an order of my choice. Today I decided to do that, and the man on the phone states that the manager told him they’re only able to give me the order that I initially wanted refunded, which was the wrong order to begin with!! The order that they had messed up!!! I’ve never had to deal with such an unprofessional establishment like this one in my life !!! I used to be a loyal customer, but I’m never coming back here again. Listen to the reviews yall.

Have always loved coming to the Wingstop, but lately, the service have not been it Went to go get wings and ordered ahead and got told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there came LATER THEN EXPECTED AND IT STILL WASNT READY the people that we’re just coming in. We’re getting told that they’re order would take 30 minutes which wasn’t fair i still proceeded waiting for my order more then 45 minutes that was placed online and still wasn’t done I waited patiently, and it still wasn’t done till an hour later i would understand if it was a big order but it was just a 6pc wings only!! And the girl gave me an attitude, and kept ignoring me when I was just standing there she was also is very rude. Stay away from here the customer service went down badly!

How To Be A Good Human
After continually getting bad chicken at Bdubs, we decided to order from Wingstop. I had a large order delivered to watch the game with. The ease of ordering online was great but what was even better was the FRESHNESS of the chicken! Perfect amount of crispness and very warm juicy chicken. It was amazing. Whomever is the chef at 2:00 on Saturday afternoon, thank you!!!
