Despite being a regular customer, I stopped in today to order a cup of coffee. 1 employee catted it up with a customer at the window, while another one who apparently likes to only be rude just stood there. When I was finally able to place my order I told them I would run over to the smoke shop while they made it, which I did and they did... nothing. I came back over 10 minutes later and it hadn't even been started. So when I told them I had to go let my driver know it wasn't even ready yet, that apparently was code for, NOT making my drink and helping instead more customers at the window. When I told her that to just forget about it, she rolled her eyes AT ME. This happened Sunday at 1100. You need to hire more POLITE and HELPFUL employees. The ones that are there Monday-Friday are excellent. You should scorch and burn the rude weekend crew!

They have the yummiest menu with so many flavors and choices of coffee, tea and frappes. They serve some handheld foods like bagels and muffins. My favorite is the coconut cream frappe with two shots of espresso and coconut milk. They do offer milk and milk substitutes and have four sizes to choose from

These people struggle to make a suger free iced mocha or they're just cheap. I order large and it's to the brim with ice, I say large light ice and it comes in a smaller cup with less ice, I say 32oz with light ice and they just add milk to make up the difference where the ice was. I kept going back expecting different results...... don't recommend.

Everything I've had here drinkwise has been great. Might not be a super effective business strategy to not return coin change or ask "do you want your change back?". Asking for donation (i.e. Where is my money going when you keep my change?) might work better for customers.

Not worth waiting for anything longer than a 1 car line. I like the options, but the last 2 times I had sour milk in the frappes I ordered. These were ordered weeks apart.3 stars as to every other occasion I've had a good drink.
