I have been be a loyal customer of Fusion since they opened. The service has always been the best. The owner is fantastic especially when my kiddo was young. One of the grill cooks is one my favorite people and just a genuinely good person all the way around. I have gotten menu items and they aren't bad. But I prefer the buffet because I have that down to a science now. This will be one of my most missed places when I move. And I can promise nothing will compare. Valley Springs...

Food was really good, I got the shrimp fried rice and it'd the best I've had in the area. The all you can eat is a great deal.

This is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere! We eat here every time we are in the area. \nI always order the buffet. You get a bowl & fill it with the meats, veggies & sauces that you want. They grill it on a very large, round plate right behind the food. \nMy husband & mom always order off of the menu. They got the Walnut Prawns & Sweet & Sour Chicken.
