Mo’s Devil Food

My recent schedule change has thrown a wrench in my breakfast routine, leading me on a quest for quick and satisfying options during my long commute. I've endured my fair share of lackluster gas station breakfast burritos, so finding this gem has been a real treat. I randomly stopped in right at their 7:00 a.m. opening and was immediately impressed by how well they've decorated the place and utilized the space. Even with what they had to work with, the layout feels inviting and functional. Their selection was also notable: breakfast burritos, sandwiches, quiche, muffins, and a tempting array of bakery goods were all neatly presented. The breakfast burritos are a standout – so good, in fact, that I've returned every day since. While I haven't yet ventured into their bakery items, they certainly look promising. If you're tired of disappointing grab-and-go breakfasts and appreciate a well-organized and pleasant environment, this place is worth checking out.

We last minute asked if they could make gluten free cupcakes for a baby shower, like mandrakes from a movie we love. Not only did she say yes, but they were really good. (Only 1 person is gluten free) Everyone loved them. And the frosting on them was one of the best we've ever had. We will be coming back to them!

I came here today in the morning sometime between 8-9, purchased a pumpkin scone and two cheese danishes and they were dry, flavorless and just plain did not taste good. I’m positive that I was sold day old pastries. I have been here before and have not had this experience so I was very surprised. I wanted to take them back and let them know but I left town for the weekend. I won’t continue to spend my money here for this kind of quality, I’m really disappointed. I hope they fix whatever issues they are having soon.

I had the Boston Cream Pie. My husband had the chocolate cup cake. They were delicious and perfect sweetness. They were not overly sweet which we liked. Highly recommend.

The best cakes around. Mostly, I just order birthday cakes and Christmas cakes here. And they are absolutely fabulous. But I know they have many more menu items, which I want to try when I get the chance. Go here!!

Oh my gosh, the very best vegan cakes in the foothills! My son-in-law ordered a lemon blueberry cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was outrageously delicious and so beautifully decorated. I think this has been the third vegan birthday cake ordered since we move to the area. Unbelievable!
