Let me start this out with…I’m normally not a public complainer..

Wow Valley Springs Pizza Factory?! Really?! We are a loyal customer & this is the first time we’ve been COMPLETELY disappointed. For $50 we got a pepperoni pizza that the topping fell off after one bite and an “Antipasto salad” that consisted of lettuce, ham, and 1 slice of salami.

And yes, I immediately called them to complain. Their response was”we’ll give you a discount next time (without asking any info) & HUNG UP!

Now, this is interesting. I started the evening alone and was going to order an order of hot wings and a large thin crust pizza for myself for dinner and a snack for later. Great service from the counter and great attitude bringing it to my table I was waiting at. Review would be 5 stars but while I was waiting, I decided to invite my ball players here for their dinner since it was on their way home. Service took a turn for the unusual. All because we ordered a salad. It's a normal menu item, but come to find out... the family ahead of us also had a poor salad experience. They had to remind the staff when their pizza was brought to their table that they also had a salad. As I was talking to my son about why his salad wasn't ready yet.. we overheard the counter staff who took our order, knew we had ordered a house salad, and complain to other staff or manager, I don't know, about making the salad. And when it was delivered to our table, the long table and we were at the other end of this table, she left it without bringing it to our attention. The worst experience to say the least.
Hey, owner/manager; a disgruntled employee does no one any good, not you and your management nor your customers or your business. I hope this young lady with the attitude is not your manager.
My family tells me they will not be back. Bye bye

This is a great pizza joint! The manager was super cool and welcoming. Food was great! Cauliflower pizza was superb! Cali squeeze on tap! Perfect spot! I'll be there once a week most likely. 😊

This place is awesome!! The pizza and breadsticks are delicious!! We really wanted to watch a football game on live tv. The man who was working was kind enough to put the game on tv for us. What great customer service!! The place was clean and everything was wonderful, including the house salad. We will definitely be back when we are in town again! Thank you, Pizza Factory!!

We are from Oklahoma and this was our first time ordering from here after being told it was the best here in VS. We unfortunately came in at the wrong time.
Long story short, we waited double the amount of time we were told over the phone.
I did appreciate the three different guys who came up to us and apologized.. And for the 2-liter that was offered for our wait.
Pizza tasted alright but was fresh, and service was good besides the small hiccup.
