Then employees that are working lash out and say we are understaffed "You aren't the only one ordering pizza." "I'm the only one making pizza" highly stressed staff.I may I'll try a different store because this one is horrible.

I’m gonna take this moment to sort of knit-pick as they used to say. A little minor complaint but also a dose of common sense. I ordered pizza from Dominos and picked up in person. Something that me and my wife have been doing about twice a month now, taking advantage of online deals and for the most part as pizzas go, the pizzas are good. However and this is part of the knit-pick, my wife and I have grown fond of eating feta cheese on pretty much everything so we’ve been ordering it on our pizza. Previous to the last two visits to Dominos, the pizzas were cooked to perfection aka no burnt feta cheese, perfect crust and other toppings. Now, a couple weeks ago and also today we noticed the pizza was burnt on top. The guy explained that what I see is the feta cheese burnt on the top.. He said “feta cheese burns very easily when cooked in the oven..” I don’t know, I kind of felt like bells were ringing in my head when he said that but I digress. The first time I brought the pizza back to show him, the guy replaced the pizza. The fix was that they cooked the feta cheese on the inside this time to avoid the feta burning. “Hmmm… more bells.,” I’m thinking. The pizza was perfect. This time around as I spoke to the guy behind the counter he said to me “ten times out of ten, the feta cheese will be burnt on the pizza.” Ummmm… here goes the common sense part… if this is the case with regards to feta cheese, why not make it standard protocol to ALWAYS cook ‘FETA’ cheese on the inside? I don’t know but if that’s the sort of thing that would solve the issue forever, why not try it? It’s not a heavy lift is it? Crazy insane idea, I know but ummm…. Instead the suggestion from the guy was “whenever you order online, give us a call afterwards and tell us to put the feta underneath on the inside…” Ummm… no ?? I’m not gonna make that extra effort. So, this time I just took my burnt feta cheese topped BBQ and pepperoni pizza home. I refused the replacement pizza. He said they don’t like wasting food and guess what? Neither do I so I’m good. The pizzas are generally pretty good at this Burbank Blvd location. The service is decent and even the guy I spoke to seems cool but common sense is kind of at an all time low these days and I just had to vent a little bit because in hindsight its funny but dang its such an easy fix without having to make another pizza… If they going for culinary design and good looks, just sprinkle the feta on top of the pizza after its been cooked… ?? Thanks..

They charge $1.10 for sauces that are small and run out after 2-3 dips.
At least increase the size of the sauce for the price you're charging.
Also stop increasing the prices of things in the menu. Take the price of the 2 items for $7.99 each deal back down to $5.99

ordered online after years of papa johns. remind has really improved, not to mention I had with the app regarding delivery(Did not know at time but-it said delivered when driver was close by/instead of delivered). I called the store and the person who answered listened to my concerns and checked wit the driver. Driver was kind and explained. Everyone at the store was very nice and not rude(as I may have initially sounded upset). Thank you!! See you again on my next order.

Ordered twice and issues every time. First time they marked pizza as delivered 20 mins before it showed up. Apparently they do this to fudge their stats with corporate lol. Pizza was awful. Second time the pizza spent 20 minutes in ‘quality check’ and arrived cold.There won’t be a third time ? ?

The website always auto chooses this restaurant even though there are two closer ones. The drivers never have GPS and always mark the orders as delivered like 10 minutes before it is ever delivered which leaves me always wondering what the F happened. Their text updates...don't work. At all. Three orders and problems every single time. Calling the store you can tell that they hear the same complaints all the time and really do not care. I am not ordering from here ever again. Don't say you weren't warned.Update: the food came 25 minutes after marked delivered and was stale and cold. The driver had an attitude when asked why he marks orders delivered nearly a half hour before actually doing it. Nobody will answer that question...clearly they are trying to keep stats up, but are losing customers in the process. Hope it was worth it!

Really gotta hand it to this place – super reliable and the employees are always super nice.The Pizza is consistent and always fresh and somehow almost always hot (quite a feat!)On the rare occasion there’s any sort of slight confusion on an order, they always send someone back almost immediately to rectify, and are VERY generous and gracious with ensuring that loyal customers feel appreciated.I particularly need to shout out JUAN the store’s senior manager…he’s always friendly, helpful, informative, and ensures that the delivery goes smoothly and flawlessly as possible…… and another star server, HAZEL, who always cares about great customer service and is very detail-oriented. Thank you!!Not to insult the Domino’s brand, but you’d expect this kind of service from a four-star restaurant… no lie.If this Dominos is within your area, this is a must call on those nights you’re too tired to cook, or those days when you need a hot yummy lunch, fast!KUDOS DOMINOS VALLEY VILLAGE!
