I mean … being a regular for almost 10 yrs. This place never disappoints …. Never…. The cast of characters is entertaining and the history etc … the owner Mark is the best… I’m not gonna go in too much cuz they already know how much we love and haunt this place…. You’re missing out if you don’t come.

AUTHENTIC ST. PATRICKS DAY IN FOX FIRE! Great atmosphere, friendly crowd, Generous drinks and great music. Im from Ireland (lived in metro DC since '88) and am visiting my son and his family in the Village. I usually hate venturing out on St. Paddy's day in the US. I am glad he suggested FFR tonight!
Really chill atmosphere but the bartender ron/rob (white young guy) was a dick. Really judemental about taking the orders of some of my friends. They werent “bar” experienced about what kind of drink to order and he was annoyed with that. Which is unfair regardless of how tired you are as a serve worker. Other than that, the place is all vibes and great ambience.

Good time on a Friday midafternoon, surprisedthat that this place was hopping, great pretty-full friendly crowd, nice Guiness pour by the bartenderess, a group playing darts, saying yeah join us, cool - jovial vibe👍
