Joe Peep's is still my favorite pizza since moving to california.
This time we ordered a blue collar style pizza with pepperoni, ground sausage, canadian bacon, and sliced meatballs. We added jalapenos on just one half. I have no idea why my son likes the jalapenos, but whatever. My half of the pizza was great! I had originally just planned to have just a couple of pieces and save the rest for lunch tomorrow. I was unsuccessful. I guess lunch tomorrow will be a sandwich.

The menu and toppings are plentiful and fairly classic. The pizza is absolutely delicious especially whatever cheese type/blend they use. They also don't skimp on toppings so don't feel bad if you need to admit defeat and switch to a knife and fork.

If you opt to dine-in or pick-up, the entrance is found via the parking lot around back. The inside is small, everything is worn but well kept, seating for maybe up to 10 people, and it looks like the most...

I’d been dreaming of coming here for years because of the history behind the building and figured the pizza would be a nice bonus. Turned out to be a highlight. You can’t ignore the cool neighborhood pizza place atmosphere, with the photos and the graffiti, that high ceiling and the huge open kitchen. But the pie rocked even harder.

I almost bought a whole small pizza and I’m glad I didn’t because I was surprised at how dense the individual slices are....
