I started ordering from this place via DoorDash but since they’re close by I thought I’d just go directly for takeout. They make their food SO fast!I’m a huge noodle soup guy and they have all kinds of options. I’ve ordered the boat noodle and duck noodle soups so far and both have been so good! I would normally have to drive to Chinatown for this kind of quality!Parking in the complex is abundant. This is definitely becoming my go-to comfort food spot.

Excellent!!! I definitely recommend you check them out. I loved my food.Fresh and very flavorful. It's the flavor that will bring me back.Don't let the storefront scare you off. This is a step above most storefront restaurants in terms of quality and flavor. The chicken satay was fresh and quite good. Great cucumber salad and peanut sauce.I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and loved it. Really really liked it. The flavors were so good. The pork was very tender. The noodles were perfect. My new standard for Tonkotsu. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It's the typical storefront setting, but quite clean.I think they are known for their Pho, so i will try that next. You must try this place. The flavors were so good.UPDATEWent back a week later and had the Beef Pho. It was good. I don't know what good Pho is, so I'll just say I'll look to try other dishes. Third time trying beef pho at three different places and it's probably just not my thing. My friend had the Panang Curry and it was outstanding. Too hot for me, but they said it could be made more mild though my friend ordered it mild. The flavor was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.We also had the Shrimp Rolls and they were very delicious. The shrimp tasted very fresh.

We don't dine in often, but we've always had a great experience when we do. We usually order delivery, which is quick and convenient. We order the chicken pho for our little ones or their veggie soup.I really like their spicy noodle seafood soup. Their orange chicken, pad-se-ew, papaya salad, and spicy beef salad are just a few of things we've ordered in the past and they're fantastic choices

I can't believe that I haven't written a review of this place before now. -_- I blamed my ADHD brain. Lol So just a disclaimer... I have yet to step foot into this place BUT I'm a little ashamed to admit how many times I've gotten delivery from them. Oops! Lol so I can't say anything about the service or how the place looks but let me tell you about the food!! Noodle monster is definitely on my rotation for delivery. Their prices are good and their portions are on point as well. I normally get their mee koreng (sp?) with chicken which I normally do not get. I normally hate chicken but their chicken is really good. So instead of tofu I get their chicken. And omg their egg rolls... They have chicken and vegetable and normally I would say get the chicken but here... Get the vegetable!!! The vegetable one is so freaking good. I get their egg rolls every time I order. Honestly, I have yet to get anything here that was bad. Just writing this review is making me want to order from there again for dinner tonight. And yup I think I might!

The stars don't lie, Noodle Monster is really good. Not only do they have good prik khing, pad thai, yellow curry, etc (just some of my favorites)... they also have the best Crab Rangoons (which they call "cream cheese wontons") that I've found nearby. I also really like how consistent the food is here. Every time I eat here, each dish tastes like the last time I ate here. I've also noticed that every time I come here it's the same people friendly working here. When you eat in person, and the service is very quick! Highly recommend Noodle Monster!

The food was great. We got the coconut shrimp soup, eggplant entree, cream cheese wontons, curry puffs, trio platter, monster house salad, side cucumber salad, and side peanut sauce. Everything was delicious! We will definitely order from Noodle Monster again!

Good if you want to get your noodle fix and are nearby. Prices on Yelp are outdated. I wanted to get one of their lunch items and it's not $9.00. It was $15.00. I needed my noodle fix, so I came here because it was at a convenient location and I was pressed for time since I was on my lunch break.

The portion size is tiny at this place. For take out at other Thai restaurants they fill up the plastic containers, at this place it’s barely half the size of the container. For the cost, the portion size is not enough. In addition, the food is very bland. I got the Pad Woon Sen and the Pad See Ew and there was no flavor, no salt, nothing.

The story of Noodle Monster is a great retelling of 'The Little Train That Could'. While the Noodle Monster is in a great location (the corner of Magnolia & Laurel Canyon in Valley Village), it is in a nondescript shopping plaza; you'd never know it was there.Unless you did.It is also the story of Amy, surely one of the most attentive waiters I've ever met, and one of God's little children. So, the story goes, the poor Monster had the deck stacked against it. But perseverance, my friends, wins the day.Hope, Faith, and Perseverance.I think I can. I think I can.And so they do. Even beautiful Amy eats here. The food is fresh, nourishing, and delicious. They make their own noodles. While they offer shockingly good food, they also offer a curious rarity: Peace. The people that eat at the Monster are usually normal folks who've had a belly full of their day and want to relax with a belly full of nice, soft, warm noodles. Quiet, slurping little noodles, maybe swimming in a delicious broth, and smiles on everybody's faces. And peace all around.Everybody is learning that stress is a killer - that's why the Monster is so popular. Whether it's a to go order for you and your partner in front of the TV or just a quiet lunch away from the maddening crowd for a while, Amy will fix you. Let her and her noodles heal you.One more thing: while they do offer American staples like Chow Mein, Hot & Sour Soup, etc, be careful what you order. This is no average Asian fare. Nope. This is a professional Thai restaurant. If you don’t believe me, don't order, just ask Amy to surprise you.The only thing she'll ask is, "Do you like it American spicy, or Thai spicy?" Use great caution in your answer. So now you know about the little gem in Valley Village and about the 'Little Train That Could'. And I assure you, they can. The Noodle Monster is a great little restaurant. Three quiet thumbs up. Sublime.Vegetarian options: The noodles and vegetables are the staples of all good Thai food, silly.Parking: Come to eat after 6 pm. There is plenty of parking then. At other times, it's catch as catch can.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Noodle Monster is our go to for any mood! More often than not it's our lazy order out meal since it's so close and gets delivered so quickly. They have great pho, amazing fried rice, their appetizers are also amazing. When we do eat it in, it's a good chill date night spot.We like that we can walk there, it's quiet and the faint noises of the kitchen with the soft music playing over the speakers give a nice atmosphere for chowing down on some warm delicious food.
