My card was overcharged !
I never received a copy of my receipt so I took a picture of it. When I checked my bank statement and posted transactions I noticed that the amount was more than I paid, which means they added more tips. I don’t know if it was on purpose or if it was a mistake but I just want to bring the awareness. It was very disappointing to find out.
Also there is hidden fee if you pay using your credit card and it’s not in the receipt.

The Service: A+!! The bartenders were friendly and efficient making drinks.

The Bar: Not super big but cozy & intimate setting. Lots of seatings. Many TV screens. Good vibe.

The Parking: Street parking, side street are much easier to find parking spots.

This must be the worst bar in the San Fernando valley . Regardless of service." TIPS ARE FORCED ONTO YOU *DEFINITELY A PLACE for ghetto, uneducated , no class , etc people . Hard to believe its located in Valley Village .The 1st incident: Upon arrival. I order a beer and friend orders a mix drink . When friend is asked what kind of alcohol he would like with that drink ( friend replies ______ ) An alcohol that must have been looked at as CHEAP to the wannabee bartender who acted like he was the owner . Bartender reply was , ": Why that, are you cheap ? " My friend replies no , that he simply just wanted the alcohol he asked for.2nd incident: Once we begin drinking , we wanted to feed the jukebox to enjoy music while having drinks. the volume was extremely low . So we proceed to ask the female bartender if she can please put the volume higher and she rudely says , " No the volume is where it is". After that rude response from the ghetto girl . I asked for the bill so we can leave this place, as it is the HOUSE OF KAREN'S with the rudest bartenders . Obviously I was not going to provide ANY TIP with the service we received. Therefore , I stated that in the receipt as I was closing out.And of course , the loser of a bartender just had to comment and said " If u dont tip , you dont have to come here anymore " . As if tips are MANDATORY . For a second I thought of punching this guy in the mouth for his disrespectful attitude that he gave from the beginning . But . . . not worth it . At the end of the day , PATS is just a place to avoid and feel sorry for the type employees they have working there . Funny that the 50 + year old is so desperate for tips he practically is asking for them . LOL .What a loser. . . .

Went in this place 4 times. Half of the times were great, and the other half we walked out because nobody acknowledged us. We made eye contact with the crew behind the bar but they never approached us and ask us if we want to order. Seems like they have different crews working every night.

I'm not surprised that a place which requires all potential employees to submit face photos with their resumes, has UNDER 4 stars.
