Second time I drive to this place and I just realized I visited once, problem is I'm looking for inside sitting and here's just outside sitting. Pictures showing inside sitting are not from this place. The two stars are for the misrepresentation of the place making me drive here when there's really no inside sitting. I cannot say anything else about the place itself because I have not ordered here.

I love this location! I like it so much better than the newer locations! Unlike most of the newer locations which are geared toward drive-through only, this location features outdoor seating with umbrellas as well as a bathroom available for customers to use.
The seating area is not huge, but at least it is there! I cannot explain how disrespectful I find it that pretty much all of the newer locations of Starbucks that I see going up in the southland offer no shade, no seating, and no bathroom, despite selling a product that is both a diuretic and a laxative!!
It is for this reason that I endeavor to patronize this location and other locations like it over locations that do not offer seating, bathrooms, or shade.

Yesterday I made a app order I got there I waited a few minutes before my name was call I walk up to the window then the employee turned around and walked away when she came back she started to help otheres never recalled my name I waited over 10 min before I asked for my drink if I keep getting service like that there are plenty of other starbucks around I can order from it seems to me that service is not a priority to starbucks anymore

Before placing my order, I asked if I could use the restroom due to an emergency, and I was denied. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, the staff member showed no concern or care.
As a valued and frequent customer, I find this treatment inhumane and insulting. I would never expect to be treated this way, especially given my loyalty to your stores. I trust this matter will be addressed,

Maybe it’s because I usually go in the mornings but this evening at about 8pm. The short young lady working the walk up window seemed disinterested in the job and the customers. Barely any words said, when I picked up my order, no words just her resting face.
She wasn’t wearing a name tag
But compared to all the others there, she leave a sour taste in your mouth.
All the others are so friendly and amazing and it’s the reason why I get out of my car to order
Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant and they can make anything without the dairy
