have gotten food poisoning from here TWICE now!!!!!!! I had written the one in sherman oaks a 5 star review when I first tried this truck, my review is still there. but I got food poisoning from the valley village location last night from a chicken burrito and got it a previous time from the tacos at the sherman oaks location. officially done giving them chances. also on menu pics online it says a burrito is 8 dollars but it was actually 13

I literally never write bad reviews but to get food poisoning twice from one place really makes me never want to go back.

Uncooked rice in the burritos 3/5 times I went. Terrible

I had the birria, consome and rice and beans. Was so good! So glad I walked up and got a great Friday meal after a long week!

Best tacos and burritos in Studio City!

The fish tacos, burritos, or quesadillas are the ones to try!

Came back for the tacos Al pastor = 🔥🔥 the meat is tender and so delicious, and the price is great. Will be back for this in the future.

The quesabirria was lacking - more cheese than birria, even after adding some of the meat from my consome. Could've passed for a quesadilla. Definitely better birria to be found in the valley. Consome itself was mid - I was expecting some deep flavour, maybe some spice, but it was just ok.

All told 2 Al pastor and 3 Quesabirria+ consome was only $15. That explains why the place stays busy - the wait is about 15-20 minutes but worth it for the Al pastor or asada. Get you birria elsewhere though.

Before they were even closed, they said they’re not taking orders. Disappointing. Would’ve been my new go-to spot for late night food.

Our go-to spot for solid traditional tacos. Can’t miss with these. Go al pastor and add asada to your quesadilla. Thank me later. ?

Great food! Can’t go wrong with the pastor. They also just started birria. The consommé is fantastic. It’s a small team so you might have to wait a little longer but it’s worth the wait. Patience is a virtue and these lovely people deliver!

This is one of the best taco trucks in all of Los Angeles. The service sometimes takes a minute but is well worth it for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. We frequent this truck a couple of times a week. Everything is absolutely delicious, though we have a few faves I’ll talk about below. The gorditas are awesome—we’ve had the asada. They are light yet still filling. Not too big and not too small. Just right! Same can be said for the mulitas. The Tacuba fries are so good if you want to indulge. They are rich and perfect for that junk food fix, while also being still very very delicious. The portion is huge. The pastor tacos are incredible and it’s slow roasted on a spit in the truck. I like to pair it with the green salsa. I also get a bag of pickled onions from them to throw on there. I used to order asada tacos but honestly their pastor is so good, it’s all I get now. They now have quesabirria tacos and they are out of this world. The consommé is so solid. The meat in the tacos is juicy and flavorful and the cheese is plentiful, but still not too much. I can’t recommend them enough. The price is especially reasonable for the high quality. They are also very filling/larger than street tacos, so my partner and I each get a street taco or two and then split the quesabirria combo which comes with three tacos and consommé.We’ve tried a huge portion of the menu and nothing has disappointed. Definitely snag their complimentary pickled onions and roasted pepper with your order when you leave.I could legitimately eat at this truck every day.

Really delicious Mexican Street food from a truck on a really iconic LA street. (Laurel Canyon).Park at Jon's market and eat your tacos while leaning against your car.So cliché.Oh. Did I mention that tacos are $1.75. That's right. One seventy five.
