Great food! Can’t go wrong with the pastor. They also just started birria. The consommé is fantastic. It’s a small team so you might have to wait a little longer but it’s worth the wait. Patience is a virtue and these lovely people deliver!
This is one of the best taco trucks in all of Los Angeles. The service sometimes takes a minute but is well worth it for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. We frequent this truck a couple of times a week. Everything is absolutely delicious, though we have a few faves I’ll talk about below.The gorditas are awesome—we’ve had the asada. The quesabirria was lacking - more cheese than birria, even after adding some of the meat from my consome. Could've passed for a quesadilla. Definitely better birria to be found in the valley. Consome itself was mid - I was expecting some deep flavour, maybe some spice, but it was just ok.
