this place is so nice to buy flowers, the girls there were very nice to usđ UPD: A couple of weeks ago I left a good review, today I don't think so anymore, and I'm unlikely to ever buy from this flower shop again!!!NEVER ORDER FLOWERS THERE!!! there is nothing in common between the photo on the website and what you will receive, absolutely nothing! I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and was terribly disappointed, for $80 I received a bouquet of the cheapest plants that are used to increase the size of the bouquet, but the problem is that the entire bouquet is made of them and 5 roses. This is absolutely unacceptable to do so! In the end, I simply could not give it to my mother and bought another bouquet elsewhere. Bouquets at the gas station are much cheaper and much much better by the way.

My parents had the most beautiful arrangement delivered to me for my birthday. The combination of colors and variation of flowers gives an antique & whimsical feel to the arrangement. Iâm very impressed!

Not only did I not get what I ordered, but the arrangement was pathetic, then the gift was not delivered as well. I was given credit for the gift, was asked to send pics of lousy arrangement, including the wilted flowers. In an âeffortâ you stated to give me approximately a $22.00 credit for a wilting, scarce, poorly designed arrangement that I paid over $120.00 for!
The âeffortâ would have been more if youâd had at least tied a ribbon around it!
Much better, under 1/2 the price to have gotten from grocery store.
Then when I made attempts to call, no answer, mail box fullđĄ

I encourage anyone who enjoys food and beverages to frequent gems like this one any given chance. My family and I walked into this small business and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed the Clover Agave Latte and my husband the Chai Latte. The wonderful smell from his drink was amazing! My drink blend was definitely one of a kind! Both are a must try when in the walk around district of Downtown Ventura

I have had a good experience before with secret garden florists in the past. Upon placing my order days in advance, I got a message the morning of saying my delivery was no longer going to happen that day for my moms birthday. I had to scramble last minute to find a new delivery service for same day delivery since I donât live in the same state to unfortunately deliver them myself. I tried calling the business and was sent straight to voicemail. It seems unprofessional to not have noticed a discrepancy in advance if they were not willing to deliver my order.

We loved our flowers! The florist was wonderful to work with and took such good care of us. She made every effort to stick within our budget and made changes exactly as we requested two weeks before the wedding. We haven't gotten many photos yet, but our guests raved about how beautiful the flowers were and fought over getting to take the centerpieces home with them. I strongly recommend them!

The people who work there clearly love their job and were incredibly helpful in assisting me to choose the perfect flowers and arrange for their delivery.
