Was greeted by a gentleman at the bar right when we walked in, and although it was busy we were seated almost immediately. Had the breakfast sopes and they were amazing. Also ordered a cinnamon role for later and was also really good! Parking was annoying but not a deal breaker in my opinion. Will be back for sure.

The cinnamon roll was the lightest, fluffiest roll I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Insanely delightful. The frosting, however, was simple. Great vibes in this place, especially when sitting at the bar. They did a nice job remodeling. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. If looking for a local spot, check out Art’s!

This breakfast place was hopping and yet we were seated within 3 minutes! All dishes we had and saw served looked and tasted delicious! You must try this wonderful place even if you end up sitting at the bar for a bloody mary and decide to stay for your meal because you have been made to feel comfortable right where you landed! Enjoy!

I was passing through town and decided to stop in because I had heard that they have one of the best Cinnamon Rolls around, which is enough to get me to stop anywhere. The restaurant itself looks really new or freshly updated and was very organized. There’s a large free parking lot in the back otherwise street parking is pretty easy to find. Our server was really polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. I would say it’s almost like a diner, but in an elevated way. They have a large menu filled with all sorts of great options so it took some time to choose what we wanted to order.
We had heard about their Cinnamon Roll, so decided to start off with that and can honestly say it is very good. The thing I like most about it is that it is homemade and almost has a brioche taste to it, but the icing itself is very light and really easy to eat it almost too fast. I would highly recommend ordering it. For my breakfast, I chose the Spicy Mexican Benedict and really enjoyed it. I am a sucker for anything with chorizo and avocado so when I saw that combination, it was a no-brainer for me. Overall, it was really good and cooked perfectly and I was very happy with it.
I would say Art’s is one of my favorite breakfast options in Ventura and I would recommend to anyone in the area. I plan to give it another try next time I am passing through town.

Ordered online and paid EXTRA money for extra frosting on my cinnamon roll and there was the thinnest layer ever. I don’t like paying extra and not getting what I paid for. I won’t be back.

I used to come here all the time and loved it. I went in a couple days ago and was a little disappointed in the service I received. From the start, the coffee that was brought to me had some kind of food reside on the lip of the cup that looked like a buger tbh. The food was excellent as always, but when it came time to pay I was looking around for almost 10 minutes and some of the servers were just ignoring me and would just look the other way. I needed to get going to work so it was pretty frustrating to feel like I was being ignored.
Nice breakfast spot. Full bar now too.
