Balcom Canyon Cider offers an incredible variety of flavorful ciders, each one unique and delicious. The service was absolutely impeccable—super friendly and welcoming. They even let us sample a cider that hasn’t been released yet, which was such a treat! A truly outstanding experience. 5 stars!

Balcom Canyon is one of my favorite local cider brands! I’ve seen it here and there around Ventura, but I’m totally stoked to know that they’re brewing in my neighborhood and now offering a tasting room space!
My favorite cider so far is easily the orange blossom honey mead. The honey used for the mead is sourced locally!

Blake is a sweetheart, and his creations are absolutely delicious! Very much looking forward to my next experience in the tasting room.

Went there on 7/6/24 with my family and had a wonderful experience. Each cider is unique and full of flavors. Had to bring some back home to share with the rest of the family. Can't wait for there new tastings.

Not a cider person but Blake had some great ciders for my palate. If you’re a coffee addict like myself and he still has some on tap, gotta try the coffee cider! 🤯

Blake and Balcom Canyon Cider are a real treasure and find in Ventura. Recommend highly the Hibiscus Cider. Happened upon the Cider and brand during getaway to Ventura and now a fan. Spreading the word in So Cal. Blake and team are doing a great job with craft cider. Love the balance and feels like a beer meets apples. Best wishes and hope to see you all again soon next time traveling through Ventura.

Sooo good my wife and I made it over and Blake gave us a taste test of his ciders, I'm a hazy ipa kinda guy but I think I might be converting to ciders, Wow how crisp and clear. He explained perfectly how he sources his apples and local ingredients such as honey from Ojai sereno chillies from Underwood farms in moorpark. Such a nice guy. We are stoked to have such a professional and enthusiastic master of his craft in our local community. Mahalo Blake.

My wife and I made a visit to Balcom Canyon cider today. I was fortunate to see a sign on the side of the offramp of the 126 and main St, in Ventura and since my wife likes hard cider I took a picture a couple of days ago and made our way over today. So glad we did it was so good and Blake the owner shared many of the ciders with us and explained the notes of the complex of the making of his cider. From honey sourced from Ojai and Underwood farm's in Moorpark/Simi Valley and all the local destinations where his ciders are landing. I couldn't find a favorite one they were all so good fresh and delicious. I'm so proud of this young man who has been in the cider business for quite a long time and has perfected his craft so amazingly. So glad to have local artisans in our community and I hope all that reads this post will give him a visit and taste his very best. You won't be disappointed.
