Let me start off with the obvious: this place is not cheap. 1 appetizer, 2 mains, dessert, wine, tax, dessert ... almost $200. IT IS WORTH IT. The food is superb and not oversized servings. The patio setting is fantastic (it could use more regular tables instead of low/benches for plating). And the owner takes extreme pride in serving and getting to know every guest. There is no rushed feeling; in fact, it is the opposite. No one under 21 allowed (so no kids); fantastic for date...
Lovely place. The food is amazing! The owner is wonderful and attentive. It is an intimate setting. It is a slower paced place since it is smaller, so plan on taking your time here and enjoy your night!
An utterly delightful experience from start to finish. Delicious food, exquisite wine, intimate setting. The owner, Parfait, is such a doll. I live in LA and I’m already planning on a return trip to Ventura just to visit this restaurant again. Magnifique!
