I took my kiddo to get ice cream as a reward. They didn't put the ice cream on the cone properly. The ice cream nearly fell off my cone with one lick and my kids ice cream immediately fell off his cone. This was met with tears from him and a shrug by the staff. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Great experience. Definitely won't return. We should have gone to McConnell's.

My child got an ice cream cone and with her first lick it fell off the cone. They told me it was their policy to charge for any ice cream served so I had to purchase a new ice cream cone. I know these stores are franchised so it’s their policy and not necessarily the corporate store - so this store in particular will not be getting any more of my money. We prefer McConnells anyway and now I have good reason to tell my kids we are never going there again. Please don’t go here.

We have come here a few times. The place just doesn't feel clean. Parking is difficult. The last time we went, the cake cones were stale. We now go to the location off Victoria. It is much cleaner, has a better vibe, and easy parking.

I ordered three shakes and a scoop of ice cream, i was polite to the red haired employee and she had some serious attitude for no reason, like is it that hard to scoop ice cream, some ugly looks were exchanged. I usually have a good experience coming to this location but red haired employee was not it, like did your check no clear or sum?

Baskin Robbins has been here as long as I can remember. It was a fun place to come to with friends. It seems as if one scoop is expensive now. You're better off making your own cone at home.

I came here to purchase a white ice cream cake. So I chose a cake labeled white cake with oreo ice cream. This cake was for my co-workers birthday and when we cut into the cake, cake was chocolate, the ice cream was correct. Since I cut into the cake already, of course I can't get a refund. Staff wasn't really helpful. I really hate posting bad reviews, but how is this my fault? I cut into a cake that I thought was what it was labeled, a white cake. Please help me.
Sent my daughter in to get a “fancy waffle cone“ Rocky Road one scoop ice cream came back out distressed when I asked her what’s wrong she told me that one of the girl employees had taken her order and said was that enough for a big girl like her this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous coming from a place where my children have gone for years
