I normally love this place because their pink show smoothie is my favorite smoothie in town but today the service was disappointing. I ordered a smoothie at 9:27 am and i got the smoothie at 10:07. There was no one else in the store. I waited 40 minutes for a smoothie even tho there were no other orders. While i was waiting, I could hear the guy working cleaning, going to the bathroom, and he even came out to grab something while he talked on the phone. Eventually he came out and said "hello" to me and tried to take my order AGAIN as if he hadn't taken my order 40 minutes ago. I asked him when my smoothie would be ready and he said "oh!" and went to make it. Smoothie tastes fine but could not be more disappointed that he forgot about my order completely when I was the only costumer and wasted my time.

I have been coming here for about 5 years and their bowls are super consistent. Clean environment and fast service! Can't go wrong with a Beach Boys!! Fresh ingredients and THE BEST GRANOLA. Older staff usually make the tastiest bowls

I got the purple smile, and my friends got a few bowls as well. It was delicious!! I had a bite of the bowls and they were just as good. Although we did "takeout", the ambience in waiting was very relaxing and homely.

I was very excited to try place because my niece raves about it, until I tried. Very disappointed, the Acai was so icy. Chunks of ice not smooth at all. Toppings were good but this Acai itself was trash.

First time trying this today, went after my hike because an açaí bowl sounded refreshing. Service was great the guy who helped me was efficient and friendly and I asked about adding something to the bowl I got and he was cool about it. I got the Basic Bowl and added peanut butter. It's delicious! Definitely going back and recommend this place.

My favorite new açaí place. Flavor is delicious. Customer service was fantastic. 10 years ago, my daughter spent 6 months studying in Brazil and she was able brush up on some of her Portuguese with the employee who was so kind and super helpful with making the perfect açaí bowls for us. Everything was so clean and organized. We’re definitely going back…and have been craving it every day since we went 5 days ago!
