It's a great spot- probably the best- i just get frustrated with the inconsistency of opening hours. For regulars, we've noticed the delay & change in time of opening. It says 11am but it's happened on more than 3 occasions that there's nobody there at 11am. It really sucks because I've had to leave & watch other potential customers walk away as well.

As a recent immigrant to ventura and a world traveler i was pleasantly surprised to find such great boba outside of Taiwan. I have tried it from other places local but nothing is as authentic as this place.
The staff were kind and welcoming, the music was great and put me in a great mood. If I could rate it 10 stars I would.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The customer service was absolutely atrocious - rude and unhelpful. The product I received was of poor quality and not at all what was advertised. I tried to reach out to the company to address my concerns but was met with nothing but excuses and lack of resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your needs.

This place is dirty, and the employe who took my order was super rude and rushing me. They filled my cup with so much ice that’s all I could taste! Don’t come here! Loud music that has bad words. The seat is uncomfortable to sit on and the fake grass is slowly peeling away. I swore I felt a staple pinch me when I had sat down. 0/5 stars.

If you’re in town and is looking for a local boba shop this is the spot to go! Staff is always nice and welcoming to the customers. It’s one of my favorite boba shops in Ventura. They have so many good flavored fruit teas, way more than boba chains and even use fresh fruit for their smoothies. It’s a great family business and the first boba shop opened in Ventura! I would 10/10 recommend this place.
