If you know what Blaze Pizza offers, and what they're not, then this location offers precisely that. In that sense it is a five star location. It was clean, the staff was attentive and hard working, the ingredients I could choose between were fresh and were cooked to my liking along with the pizza crust of my choice.
It provided me what it claimed to provide. Nothing more and nothing less.
Dietary restrictions: It was really nice to be able to go have a pizza with friends, and be able to stick to my Keto.

After a long day of running errands, I took my daughter & granddaughter here. My daughter wanted to try fire stone pizza. As we walked in it was quiet & kind of clean, with the staff working they could of been cleaning instead of standing around. So we are looking at the menu & it's our 1st time here, so we're trying to figure out how it's done. The 1st team member comes over & we start to ask her questions but she doesn't speak English so calls another over when we ask her a simple question about the menu, if we could do a cheesy bread she tries to tell us that's not on the special, we look at her confused & say we just were asking if you make a cheese bread. So now a 3rd tm is there, as if we had no idea, um you ladies have horrible customer service. I ordered a caprese salad, the owner should be embarrassed by these ladies they literally chit chatted & was as they threw mozzarella, basil leaves in a box, no regard to the quality. We also had ordered a pepperoni pizza we tried to order a large but we're sold a mediumish size because again the language barrier. I think the one lady needs to be off the order window she has no clue. We finally received our order the pizza was good. My daughter even or one to take home which was a large the size we tried to order our pepperoni. We probably will NEVER dine in with the horrific service we received & just online only. I can definitely tell you with employees like these 3 it's a wonder you're still in business.

Went to the Ventura location. Order a build your own pizza to go. I asked for extra cheese, female staff said we do portion control. If you have a problem, you can speak to the manager. I go there many times and never had that happen before. There no sign saying there a limit on topping when ordering that pizza. I know better not to go to that location again and tell friends to go there.

Blaze Pizza offers a plethora of options for customizing your pizza, from crust types to toppings, making for endless combinations. The location is convenient, albeit with tight parking. The dining area is decently sized with an outdoor patio as well. However, during my visit, the staff seemed disinterested and reluctant to clean tables, despite the lack of customers. This lackluster attitude dampened the experience. Moreover, the prices have risen, with a double-rising crust pizza costing nearly $20. While the concept is appealing, the poor service, cleanliness, and increasing costs make it unlikely for me to return frequently.
